Bed was comfortable. The location is good. Coffee at front desk great. I loved the dark roast. Staff friendly and helpful. Location close to downtown and other places.
Air conditioning temperature control was not sufficient. It was either too cold or too hot, never just right. Breakfast needs help. The waffle maker did not operate correctly. Batter stuck no matter how much spray you used. I was not impressed with omelets.

The breakfast was good, more/better than I expected. The room was excellent for my purposes and very comfortable.
The ONLY issue that arose was the shower water wouldn't get hot for some reason. It would only get slightly warm. The water in the sink got hot just fine.

the lobby area needs some shades. the sun is too strong when eating breakfast there. A few of the towels had spots on them.

staff was super friendly, beds were really comfortable and clean
there was nothing wrong with our stay. the wallpaper in the bathroom was coming off the wall in a few places, but nothing crazy. also, there was poop or something poop like in the hot tub.
