Hampton Inn & Suites Houston I-10 West Park Row, Tx

We were attending a birthday party in Katy and I did see other places I could’ve booked but I’m so glad we booked here with you guys, room was cool as we arrived, clean and beds were very comfortable, everything was perfect, love the variety you guys have at breakfast!

I cannot think of anything we didn’t like,we loved everything,actually I didn’t like that we were only staying for one night, My family and I would’ve loved to stay longer, but again we were in town that day just for a birthday party!

I stayed on the 1st floor and the second floor. The first floor room was amazing. Best in class. The second floor room had an air conditioner that was loud and didn’t work as well as the one on the first floor. Both were incredible rooms but I’ll be staying on the first floor because the room was amazing.

The breakfast was good,the room and bed was clean and comfortable no complaints except for one and I will explain in next question.

My wife always gets up early and the 2 mornings that we stayed my wife couldn’t find the person behind the check out counter for a good 2 hours and the morning we left she wanted to check to see if she owed anything and same thing she had to find the breakfast cook to locate her and she said she was in the bathroom but she was very nice I would not want her to get fired or anything like that but she really was a nice person but she would need a little pep talk.We had a very nice stay except for that one issue I just told you about

The rooms and facility were very clean and presentable. Additionally, the front desk staff were very helpful and cordial.

I would've liked for a public menu for breakfast to be accessible for guests to view. For example, a menu that gives the type of meat, eggs, biscuits etc that will be prepared the next day (weekly menu forecast). This menu will be provided to each paid guest at the time of check-in.

Very clean, the room SMELLED clean!

Parking lot could use a little more lighting and they are only serving paper bag grab and go breakfast still.

If you want a clean, comfortable moderately priced stay, this is for you. We booked two king rooms. Upon arrival check in was a breeze. Staff was courteous, and knowledgeable. The common areas, and elevator likewise. Our Tommy’s proved very clean and nicely appointed with everything one would need. Our stay was multi night, so no maid service was available so you do make your own bed which we found not a problem. Extra towels,etc would have been available had we needed them. Breakfast is offered “in a box” due to Covid, and had ample including two hard boiled eggs, a bagel, cream cheese, yogurt and fruit juice of your choice, all prepackaged and kept refrigerated. Certainly enough for our cream. We ate in the breakfast area, which like the rest of the facility, was clean. Checkout was easy, And just as with check in, facilitated by a courteous, knowledgeable staff member.

The air conditioner in both rooms was very noisy. We figured out the cabinets were apparently loosely secured and the noise was substantially reduced if someone held it firm while running. Since no one volunteered to stay up, we just cooled the rooms and turned the units off to sleep.

Location to downtown Houston was not far. Loved its next to a Starbucks. Staff was nice. I have back problems, but I had no issues sleeping in the bed, which was super comfy. Bathroom was really nice. Room was overall very spacious and I loved having a king size bed. Will def stay here again.

Made reservations for 4 people in the room but we had only 2 towels and half a roll of toilet paper. After driving 6 hours the last thing I wanted to do was have to go down to get more of that, but I did it anyway bc we needed it. Also there were whitish stains on couch cushions.

Breakfast was okay. Would have liked to see more choices for the breakfast drink, like apple juice, orange juice, or milk. Location of hotel was very convenient, near Starbucks, Popeyes, Taco Bell, and other restaurants. Overall room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Location was safe and staff was relatively friendly and accommodating of requests. Housekeeping done on request and gym is open 24 hours.

Pool water was too cold to swim in. Would have been nice to have a vending machine and maybe a complimentary newspaper.

I love that they took us into consideration and granted us the room we wanted and the breakfast is amazing we loved every bit of it also can’t forget the staff very polite and welcoming. Another reason I love this hotel is because my sons appointment is right across,Texas Childrens.

I can’t complain I love everything about this hotel!

Rooms were very clean and neat, the lady working the front desk, I think her name was Alexis? Or Alexandra? Super helpful, very sweet!

Parking lot wasn’t lit up well, but it was a safe location so we weren’t worried
