The check-in was quick and easy. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant. The beds were soft and comfortable and the room was clean and spacious. The best part was the meal service in the dining area. Andres was a WONDERFUL server. He made the stay so pleasant. He is the definition of Quality Customer Service. I would come back just for the experience! We have other options, (less expensive) but choose to stay with you. It is worth every cent! Thank you.

This being our first time we stayed with your property. We weren't quite sure how to get to the hotel from the airport. It was only after we exited the airport were we made aware of the underground tram.

Excellent hotel. It was renovated. It no longer feels humid and musty like in the past... stayed here each year for the past 10... it is very elegant and comfy with great rooms. Paid 300 dollars a night. A bit pricey but it is right on the airport... no shuttle to take, just the airport train downstairs.

The receptionists. They need to be more welcoming. They are there to make customers comfy after long flights. A smile and good word would go a long way. Otherwise find another job.

We booked this hotel for after our cruise. With a toddler, this was ideal since we didn't need to take any external transportation to the airport. The room was in the South Tower so a fair amount of walking is needed. If your reservation has breakfast included, confirm that at the check in desk. The room was cozy, on the 6th floor and had a view of the terminal and runway which our toddler loved. The coffee tea in the room is complimentary. The washroom was clean and well spaced with ample supplies. Breakfast was included for us and featured the usual Continental stuff, but also had an omelette station, French toast, and a selection of baked goods and fruits. Raul, at the front desk, was great and our stay was quite pleasant. Would definitely stay here again.

We were charged for Internet access, so if it shows up in your credit card statement, get that verified at the front desk.

Booking stated that fold away bed was included in the amenities. Max capacity stated "3 guests max, with maximum of 3 adults. Your total price is based on the rate for the number of booked guests (3 adults). Extra prices may apply for additional guests - up to the mac capacity." We did not have any additional guests over 3 and were charged $20 for fold away bed. I do not agree that we should have been charged for this amenity that was stated as inclueded for 3 guests.

I was stopping over on a trip from LAX to LHR and this was just the perfect place to kill a night. Don't even think of taking an Uber anywhere out of IAH. You get to the hotel without ever having to leave the air conditioning.

Sign-posting at the airport is woeful and, sadly, the info on Booking or even the hotel home page not much help either. You get to the Marriott via the little subway airport shuttle. I booked at breakfast but when I got there, I was not made aware of where breakfast might be. Room service staff did not know either and suggested breakfast was only available in the room. That information was wrong, and they do serve breakfast in their restaurant. Reception happily took off the room service breakfast. Then again, what was I thinking? The United international lounge would have gladly served me a breakfast anyway...

We flew into Houston in the evening and had an early morning flight to Costa Rica. We wanted something easy and this place was perfect. There’s a connecting ground shuttle so you don’t even need to leave the airport. It was super easy. We thought about going out for dinner but decided to eat dinner at the restaurant and it was great. We also had the complimentary breakfast in the morning before catching our flight and it was really yummy. They even had an omelette station. If you’re looking for a 5 star resort, pick a different place but definitely pick this place if you’re looking for a stress free, clean option close to the airport.

Great location if flying into or out of George Bush international. Very quick access to the airport from the Disney-esque ride train a few floors down.

Check in process was bizarre. No indication of where to stand in line, so we stand in line and then the receptionist tells us to go stand in a different line (??). So we wait while the guy helps the guy in front of us, then he leaves with that guy to I don't know show him how to get to the elevators. And he is gone for like 5+ minutes (it wasn't that far). So we're just standing there like, is this guy coming back, did he go on break? what? But he finally comes back and helps us. But then when we ask where the elevator is/how to get to the room, he just generally points in a general direction and doesn't give really clear info (it is not really clear in this hotel since if you are in the other wing you think you're about to leave the hotel until you finally see the elevators). Bizarre.

I was surprised at how quiet my room was being at the airport and not hearing any planes at all. The staff were very knowledgeable and courteous. And the lighting in the bathroom is awesome. I love it.

In the small convenient store, the pricing was astronomical for the candy and snacks and bottled tea. The pricing of food and the restaurant and room service was appropriate. Also, there was not enough electrical outlets to plug phones in the Ballroom area. ADD MORE PLEASE!

What a difference a year makes. We stayed overnight last February and the rooms were old , worn, and tired. The remodeling has upgraded everything including the lighting, bathrooms, and all finishes.

The bathroom is still small (single sink), but by removing the old swing door for a larger sliding door, the room appears and feels larger.

We had an international flight into the country and needed a convenient place to overnight to catch a plane to Jacksonville. This hotel is located conveniently located in the airport to fill my needs but there was barely any airplane noise. The breakfast was well rounded and delicious. Dinner was priced as expected and very comfortable. The waiter was amazing.

Price. And the building is round which can be confusing sometimes when you step out of the elevator. The signs are not readily visible stepping out of the elevator. We had to have the pool as a location as to which building, we had to go to for our room. The body soap in the bathroom has a funny smell and I used the shampoo instead. But overall, it was a pleasant stay.
