Breakfast was wonderful. I really appreciate that there were dark roast coffee available for each day of my stay. I really appreciate the size of my hotel room. It was nice to have a comfortable couch to sit on so that I could relax without having to lay in the bed. Also appreciated the wonderful shower and so many setting to choose from.

There was not anything that I did not like. I think the only thing that was bothersome was the fact I needed to pick up the phone in the lobby to initially get service. But I also understand that there are staffing shortages in every sector of economy, hospitality included.

Booked room with my credit card. I named all the rooms with siblings staying that I purchased. One sibling couldn't make it. Because the room was in her name, they would not release the room to me as we still needed the room. I had to call the sibling to give permission to release the room even though I paid for the room. Luckily she answered the phone to give permission. Very stressful as we could have had an unpleasant stay with 5 people in 1 room because it is company policy.

I did not like that when we book our room on line I did not get my AARP discount! They could not give it at the hotel because I booked it on line. Not know I was really boring on line. Now I have a direct line to book my room and that is how I will do it next time. I did not get a receipt because they said the will send it to me and I told them I would pay when I get there because I wanted to put it on a different card and I could not do that.

The staff was very professional and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Thank you for a great stay.

The rooms were very spacious. It was just two of us this trip. But if we were to come with another two, or a group to split, there was plenty of room! Definitely worth the day trip to the casino.

It was a little outside of Eagle Pass but closer to the casino. Depending on what your destination is, it is a great location. The breakfast seemed a little plain. No bacon. But it was still nice.

Everything was very clean and the check in nstaff was very friendly. The check out staff was not friendly or helpful.

Since this was our first time staying in a hotel during the pandemic. The check out process with returning the room cards was confusing and the check out lady offered barely a smile and no directions as to how things are done. We left the keys and just got billed for the rooms online. We didnt know what else to do. Nothing posted and a unhelpful staff didnt help. But, we liked the facility so much we so do plan on staying again. Next time we are in town.

Needs more light in the room

Location was a big plus.

Did not particularly like the door combo to closet and bathroom. left clothes behind in closet and realized I did 3 hrs on the road.

Hotel was clean both inside and out, as always. Rate was affordable, and rooms were clean and neat. The room door had a seal on it letting you know that no one else had used the room. Due to COVID the breakfast arrangement was different, but still satisfying (microwave breakfast entries and sealed cookies). Whenever we travel to Eagle Pass, we always choose Hampton Inn.
