Location and accessibility. The smaller room I moved into was nice and comfortable with a view of the mountains and woodland in the back. Nice and quiet.

First room was a wheelchair accessible room as that was the only bigger room they had. Clearly converted from a large double into that. Bathroom was huge but still had a bathtub in there which does not make sense. Handheld shower head would be hard to get at as it was mounted high up on the original fixed head position. And no water pressure to boot. TV did not have reception, got another room. They have a laundry room but when asked for change they referred me to a nearby store. :(

The entire place was perfectly suited to my needs. The inside lobby was decorated to have a great feeling. It felt like I was walking into an alien environment. I was highly Impressed.

The Carbon monoxide Alarm going off in the morning. The Phone line appeared to be down, the day I checked out. The Wall paper was peeling up in the bathroom near the shower. The Shower ceiling needed a fresh coat of water resistant paint. The lamps hanging above the Night stands need to be check periodically for missing Nuts keeping the lamp shade from falling on your hand.

Very beautiful property. You could smell how clean everything was when you walked in. The hallways were clean, receptionist was very friendly, the rooms were clean and the bed was quiet comfy. Love the Roku tv option as we were able to add our streaming channel’s and watch what we wanted to watch without being stuck with the traditional boring live tv. Definitely worth the money and will stay again whenever we’re in the area. This place is now go to place!

The room was clean, and I really liked the style of the hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable. It's close to everything and easily accessible from the highway. The breakfast was plentiful, and they have a cute little snack section by the front desk.

The only thing that wasn't great was the fact that we could hear the neighbors talking or their tv from our bathroom, which was really no biggie as it was just in the bathroom, and I ran out of shampoo and body wash, BUT it was the morning we checked out so again, no biggie. Overall, a great hotel!

Ease of booking and checkout was phenomenal. excellent Breakfast choices. Loved that there were multiple channels to watch on cable tv. Nice sized clean rooms. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

Our floor never had ice, had to go to 4th floor to get ice. Kept running out of food, drinks and supplies during breakfast but they were replenished. Probably needed an extra staff member to handle breakfast time. This was minor and would not deter me from booking again but an indication of how good their breakfast was as they kept running out.

The breakfast along with the room was nice. I only stayed one night. Someone was smoking that Mary Jane( loud not reggie) on my floor but that didn't bother us, we only could smell it on the hallway. But overall it was cool.

I didn't like having to stay just 1 night, but I had to get back to work.. was in town for Duncanville ladies Bball tournament in which we got smoked.

Everything was great other than the fact of the thin walls. We happened to be on the same floor as a soccer team and they were all around us. They were screaming and running down halls, slamming doors and so on. I didn’t complain because I’m sure they were excited of winning or whatever but wish walls were thicker and doors were quieter when shutting.

The hotel was very nice, clean and inviting. The breakfast was good and the staff was nice.

The bed was to firm for my back and the hot tub wasn’t working upon arrival and once it was(the next day), it opened at 10 and check out is at 11. 😟 They don’t offer a late check-out unless you pay an additional $50.00.

It was a very good stay! I wish they were more clear about Tesla chargers! I didn’t know whether I could charge over night or not, and I didn’t realize they are not superchargers until I plugged in! They also were out of some toiletries

I loved the modern look and the cleanliness of the property.

The only thing I did not like was there were no microwaves in the rooms and the rooms are not sound proof so we could hear literally what was going on in everyone’s rooms while the doors were closed in our room and walking up the hall.
