Room and breakfast was good

I was over charged. I was charged for a 4 night stay but I only stayed for 3 nights. I've tried to get this resolved but no one seems to be able to help me thus far.

The property looks really great and clean. Located very close to Love Field airport. Nevertheless, we didn't hear the noise of the planes taking off or landing.

They were making reparations on the floor of the Lobby, and the works were extremely noise. The elevators were not working properly and didn't climb up to the eight floor. The air conditioning unit in the room worked in a very odd way. When you turned it off, the unit would spill out hot air for more than 2 minutes and the fan kept working and never stoped. The maintenance person said that this is the proper way to work. Strange

The location is not great for someone without a car. Not many stores near walking distance. The shuttle to the airport was fast and convenient. The beds and pool were great and the staff was amazing.

Very low water pressure in sink and the lights in our room did not all work.

The staff were super friendly. They have more charging ports than other hotels I have been at so far (includes USB charging). The TV is nice. Breakfast selection is great. I think our favourite part were the staff as they are just so amazing! $12 Parking.

Flies in the breakfast area, but it is summer so it could happen. The bathroom has a sliding door, but it doesn't bother us at all.

Location was great, all the staff I encountered was very friendly, and clean. They have ways bar and restaurant located in the hotel. I did not try the food.

The room next to us was a long stay residence assuming employee they had a dog that kept barking, called front desk they offered to move us but we were only staying one more night didn’t want to pack up and move.

My stay was nice. I loved the view, and the room.

I wasn't told about the 13.00 dollar parking fee, and my credit was charged an extra 16.00 dollars and I was never explained that until I called back to see why. I didn't like those hidden fees.

The property was in a good location and right up the road from the Dallas Love Airport. The most important thing about the stay was the early hours of the shuttles! I searched high and low for a hotel with free early morning shuttles!

My only issues was the check in process. I stood in what I thought was the lobby for at least 10-15 minutes before someone told me that the check in desk was in the bar area. The receptionist who checked us in was NOT inviting at all and VERY short. Not a good look being that she was the face of the hotel at that moment in time. Other than that the rest of my stay was great!

The concierge staff are amazing! When we could not figure out the parking process, the staff was patient with us and helped us learn about the parking app.

When we arrived, we couldn't find parking, and the 2 open spots were too small for our car.Ww didn't realize until later that there is a parking lot in the back.

The room was clean and was a reasonable price. Mr Wiley the shuttle driver was friendly and helpful with providing information about the surrounding area.

Front desk personnel seemed agitated with guests when they asked questions.

Was close to airport due to flight getting cancelled

Was not able to check into the room until 1 am because systems were down due to weather I would imagine. They did comp the room so I wasn’t too upset
