Hampton Inn & Suites Center

Breakfast was great! Mini omelettes, sausages, baked goods were on the breakfast menu along with some hot and cold cereals. The room was clean and comfortable. Front counter staff night and morning were both friendly and helpful.

The fruit at breakfast was limited in selection but my kids didn't go for it anyway. We Would have liked to visit the pool but we arrived pretty late and didn't see it in the direction that signs pointed us in.

As soon as I walked through the doors I was immediately greeted by the front desk employee. She immediately got us checked in. And offered bottled waters or sodas. The room was neat and clean. The house keeping staff was polite as well the complementary breakfast was very good as well. A great variety of items to choose from covered all bases for me quite atmosphere overnight check out was smooth as well was thanked by several staff members as we left. Good service just as I like not to over the top nice but , not rude of uncaring. Thanks I’ll be back!!

Liked the breakfast but the atmosphere was not conducive as it was in a holding area for funiture waiting to be placed once the floors were finished. The hotel location, however, was excellent.

I didn't realize that the hotel was under going renovation;

The place was beautiful. Traveling with my handicap child. I took a chance to check in one early. The staff said yes. She said next time you can call in to see if your room is available. I felt welcomed. I feel that some people are booking handicap rooms. That dont have wheel chairs. Not fair. At this time I had to get a regular room.

I didnt like the cart. You put your luggage on. The tire had a hole in it. It was very hard to pull or push or turn. You could see the big hole in the tire. If staff see you struggling with their cart ask can they help. I needed some help that time. Very stressed out. Physically tire pushing that cart on the carpet.

The entire staff . And the beds are so comfy and the rooms are nice and clean.

Despite the fact that the hotel had problems with their water pipes. The staff was still very helpful and polite. One of the employees Ms. Brandy Moore who is a housekeeper on the premises went above and beyond her call of duty to make our stay as pleasant as possible. She is really an exceptional worker and I will be staying here again..

Everything was fantastic except for plugs. Would recommend and I most definitely will stay again.

The electrical plugs in bathroom didn't work.

It was a little messy due to construction but the staff was friendly and helped use trough it all
