Hilton Garden Inn Beaumont

I don't think this location offered breakfast. The staff was good. The only 'issue' is the location in relation to the freeway. You basically had to make an immediate U-turn or weave the parking lots to get anywhere. Honestly, not that big of deal. The stay itself was up to par and I/we had no concerns that impacted our ability to enjoy our time there.

The location was sort of.im a cul-de-sac with other nice hotels. There were plenty of upscale outside dining locations that were in walking distance. They also have a cinema within walking distance to go to. You can also order in hotel dining services such as breakfast, drinks and dinner up to 10am for breakfast and 10 pm for cocktails and dinner. The rooms were clean and it was very quiet at the hotel.

The only thing is that there was no sink on the little kitchenette just. Microwave and a refrigerator.

I evacuated to Beaumont due to Hurricane Ida. I was in traffic from 8:32 am until I finally checked in at 2:26 am. I love that the desk clerks were very accommodating and held my room until I got there. As a Hilton Honors member, I am definitely satisfied and impressed with the accommodations. The bartender made some very stiff/strong drinks (YES!!!!) and went above and beyond by bringing my food to my room.

I can't think of anything I did not like.

Several times a year I drive to San Antonio to visit my mother. This is the perfect place for a lady traveling alone. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is no need to leave the premises for dinner. The lobby bar offers cocktails as well as a full dinner and/or snack menu. I have stayed here in the past and plan to continue to do so on each trip. Highly recommend this property.

I found it difficult to find as it is surrounded by several other hotels.

I loved everything! I love the location. It's quiet and peaceful. It's clean, friendly staff and the location was perfect. On top of it being clean the decor in the rooms are up-to-date. Pool area clean and well maintained. There are various restaurants and stores in the area. I would recommend this property to friends and family. Definitely worth the money I paid.

very difficult to access. the interstate 10 eastbound off ramp was closed due to Highway construction. the detour was lengthy and frustrating. I used a lot of foul language to navigate this ridiculous detour. 😡🤬

Convenient to food and freeway

The breakfast was not included in the stay. Most for the price include breakfast. But the breakfast staff was very nice and took care of us.

Extremely clean, friendly staff!

The property itself was great, however the construction nearby made it a little more complex to enter and exit the property.

I love how clean the hotel was. The staff was awesome. I love how Hilton pays attention to little details. I noticed and loved the little details. Things that goes with the Hilton brand. I will always stay at a Hilton property from now on. Thanks

coffee was awful , even bough coffee there it was worst , the bed was lumpy lol , one side was totally sunk in , I usually give good reviews or none at all this Ned on room 120 please check it
