Omni Nashville Hotel

The location was great! Walking distance to Broadway and several restaurants "in" the hotel were good. Sports bar, quick taco shop, and a nice steak house - all with indoor and outdoor seating. Rooms were comfy, but not huge - water was available in the lobby (cups or bottles). Valet was expensive but comvenient.

Street noise was a small problem, housekeeping didn't come on our 3rd out of 4th days, rooms could us a couple extra towels, washclothes, coffee supplies, and pillows.

Mostly everything! Beautiful hotel, great proximity to most things, Carsen (bellhop) went ABOVE and beyond! All staff was wonderful! Loved that the Country Music Hall of Fame and Hatch Show Print were on property.

Some things outdated. We had 2 rooms—1st room the TV was not working properly, the 2nd room we had to have maintenance out because the robe hook on the back of the bathroom door was broken, the shower handle was so lose to the point of nearly falling off, and we did not have ANY cold water in the shower making the showers scalding hot.

Staff is welcoming and helpful. Location is exceptional. Kitchen Notes has an amazing breakfast menu. Barlines is a cool sport's bar to hang out...great whiskey and bourbon selection (service is slow-understaffed). Wings are delicious.

Housekeeping was below average. I had five decaf coffees and no regular coffee in my room, which didn't change over the time I was there. I had to call housekeeping and go to the front desk for regular coffee (and cups). The body wash in the shower was empty. Clear lack of attention to detail.

The hotel was amazing! luxurious with an affordable price. the location is perfect! the rooms clean spacious and comfortable! we got to upgrade to a premium King room with only $30 extra per night so the room views were stunning! Highly recommend and will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Nashville

the only thing I would say is that the room cleaning wasn’t done until very late in the day so our room never ended up getting cleaned

The hotel is beautiful and really interesting space for guests. Loved the pool area and sitting areas in the lobby.

For this type of experience you would not expect to have to pay extra for Wi-Fi in your room. In this day and work environment you would expect Wi-Fi to be available. Just seem petty to ask $10 for Wi-Fi. Check in staff was not overly friendly. Gave a New York vibe instead of Nashville.

The location of the hotel was very convenient and the overall look was very clean and inviting.

I didn’t like that the terms for parking weren’t very clear; however, that was a minor issue. The parking garage wasn’t very far (maybe a 5 min walk or so) and it felt pretty safe and was well lit for a parking garage.

The hotel is located near everything downtown. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They will go above and beyond to assist their guests. And the rooms are very clean the beds are comfortable and the shower huge! Plus the restaurants are excellent and bar lines is my main place to get a drink and listen to live music.

I have not experienced one dislike at any Omni hotel I’ve stayed in. They are what hotels should strive to be in quality and service. So, no I don’t have a bad critique at this time.

Location, amenities, staff and barlines and especially the house band. Shelly Rann and her band were outstanding and far superior to any other band we saw over the weekend. We will especially stay here again not only because of the nice facility but because of her and her band. Please keep them!

Only issue we had was with in room dining from Kitchen Notes… food quality was good. My pancakes came without syrup. We called and they would not bring any syrup and told us to go down to the front desk or restaurant to get some. That defeats the purpose of in room dining.

Our room was beautiful, clean, very comfortable, and more than worth the price. We had an excellent view of downtown Nashville and the skyline through floor to ceiling windows. We were in walking distance of Broadway, the riverfront, music city center, symphony hall, the Country Music Hall of Fame, and many restaurants and shops. This was our first visit to Nashville together, and if you want to get a good first impression of a city, stay at an Omni hotel.

Visitors should be aware that some amenities were not available due to Covid-19 issues/precautions, including room service. This was not a problem for us, as there are many great eating options close by, and we enjoyed the quietness of the hotel. Our biggest issue was our inability to change, transfer, or cancel our reservation after the cutoff date, due to using booking.com, without losing the entire cost of the reservation. We had a family emergency and, although there were rooms available, we were not able to change the dates, even though we were willing to pay extra.
