Very clean, easily assessable from the interstate. Near everything yet out of the way from traffic. We felt safe there. We had a 3 night stay. Comfortable, quiet, we were on the third floor. I was overcharged but after contacting the hotel I wS refunded in full. They had charged the $50 security hold twice-once at check in and another $50 charge on my card 2 days later. They did refund both. We will stay again if possible next year. This was a quiet hotel, mostly older people, families, and couples it seemed. Not alot of party type people.

The overcharge of the security hold, however that was rectified very quickly and refunded within a week.

that they don’t clean all that good, there was gun in our window that someone had chewed and pee on the side of the tub room 211. luckily I had gloves and cleaning supplies so I just cleaned myself. Floor was sticky like they hadn’t moped and the counter in the kitchen was a little dirty. I didn’t complain bc there was no point they appear to be understaffed and I didn’t like the fact that I could hear whoever was above us on floor 3 running allllll night long so the 2nd night I didn’t get much sleep at all

Convient to location we attended Was on the 1st floor Entrance ambience was inviting Service for additional room necessities were met quickly. Checkout young lady and check in hostesses were pleasant. Anyone who works in the hospitality and retail sector I have a passion for because people they encounter can be rude and all 3 were pleasant and I want to take the time to acknowledge them.

Right side of the bed to close to air conditioner unit. Had to squeeze along side the bed by the unit or get out from the bottom as my husband was on the opposite side. Breakfast area was Loud in the mornings as our room, which was 110 was right off the corner No apps on tv, channels were boring for a tv watcher like me.

Breakfast offered a nice variety. Room was comfortable as was the bed. Staff was very friendly. We asked the maid for additional box of tissues and she handed us a new one from her cart. Room was clean. Couch was very comfy. Will book again.

Our view was the freeway, so we heard just a little noise at night, but really not too much. Sort of need a little table on the side of the couch nearest the wall to put your beverage on.

Location great for us and very clean except for dirty stained carpet in hall on third floor. We travel with our two small dogs that I am very picky about keeping them well groomed and clean and sometimes staying in pet friendly motels are not that clean and nice. This was very nice.

Staff was always friendly. My kids enjoyed the breakfast and I enjoyed the coffee. The room was clean. And was glad I could bring my pets. Easy to get in and out of parking.

We could hear some yelling and the tv from the people next door. Maybe more insulation? A pool would have made it the perfect vacation spot.

Location great! Clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the recent renovations.

Traveling with pet and learned upon arrival about additional charge of $55. Feel this should be more apparemt or perhaps part of the reservation process so customer is aware. This would not have changed where we stayed just feel it would have been more customer friendly. Thank you.

Clean smelled good. Breakfast was excellent.

Other guests had their dogs off their leash outside. And we had to go to a different area to walk our dog.

There were 4 kids 2 adults and a dog. The room was a great size and very clean. Breakfast was perfect for our family. Staff was so friendly and helpful. After spending 15 hrs in the car, it was a welcomed and pleasant stay.

The rooms were great, the location was convenient, access to other locations were easy, and the staff was helpful.

The breakfast could have been better. Would have liked to have had not food available.
