My room was so big and was great for my mother, daughter and myself. After driving 10.5 hours that day I was ready to relax. The salt water pool was such a bonus. The barn door on the bathroom was such a cute bonus. The two ladies in the evening went above and beyond to assist me, especially the pregnant one.

The light switches in the room were very confusing and left us dark to use the restroom during the night. That was an experience I could have avoided. I think some of the people at the pool were not people staying in the hotel.

The location was great. If we had more time there were shops close to the hotel we could have explored. The hotel itself was clean inside and out. Our room comfortably slept my family of five (youngest is 15, so all mostly grown). The room was clean and well appointed. We had a double queen suite, the kitchen was nice. If we were there longer preparing and storing food would not be a problem. The staff was polite and professional even though we were checking in after 10pm.

When we arrived 10pm they had “no rooms available” asked when we made the reservations thru booking.com, after a few mins of looking at our confirmation number and computer we got a room. All worked out ok but caused a few minutes of unexpected panic.. Room was overall very nice, found a few harder to reach spots ( by the ac/ heat ) and desk that had crumps on the floor, so not the most thorough cleaning. But since staff acted like they gave us the very last room and it was late, we didn’t complain.

The entire facility looked newer. It was also in walking distance of a grocery store and restaurants. Very conveniently located. The staff was kind and very helpful.

The cloth bed skirt was stained and so was the armchair. I felt a need to disinfect both before I could get comfortable.

The staff upon our arriver was very friendly and kind. We love our room very much, made us feel like we were at home. Everything was wonderful for the most part, really love this hotel. Will return again.

I was upset because there was not hot breakfast prepare, due to low staff in the morning. Only cold food. Trash was not taken when ask to do so. Really didn't like I had to let the front desk know 24 hours in advance to clean our room. Very unsatisfied about that.

clean, quiet, comfortable bed, easy to find right off interstate 40 East. Driving across country from Northern California to Tennessee with 5 nights in hotels including Hampton inn, Marriott, and other Best Westerns. I am very picky and this was buy far the best yet. excellent value for cost in all the areas that matter. Being a light sleeper it was really nice not having the microwave lights, light the whole room at night. A+. also seemed like a growing area with several fast food restaurants nearby.

Clean room, working pool, great breakfast and courteous staff. We liked the double queen beds and the room was spacious.

The bathroom lights are on the same circuit as the switch for the main room lights so you can’t turn on the bathroom light without turning on an overhead light.

Didn’t have any wash clothes in the bath rooms Ask the front desk upon checking out and he said they were running short because of people taking them (stealing) I felt like that was a pretty sorry excuse I think a hotel that I had paid that much to stay in at would have order them in bulk So it’s like they didn’t really care if they were in your room or not

We loved the new and spacious hotel! Everything was clean and beyond expectations! The staff were friendly and very helpful! We called for extra towels, and they were brought immediately. Breakfast was great! One of the best hotels we have stayed at!

The spaciousness of our room and the decor was great! We had a nice view from our window overlooking the coming and goings of the shopping area nearby. Jackie at the desk was was very friendly and professional upon our check in and made us feel welcome to call the desk for anything we may need. She personally delivered us toilet paper and offered a very gracious apology for there not being any in the room. Breakfast was terrible for seniors. Too sugar filled. We understood that breakfast had to be distributed in a different manner due to COVID but the poor offerings were not even packaged as promised. We filled out an order slip the night before for our first morning and still had to stand and wait for it to be filled. We didn’t bother to have the breakfast again for the rest of our stay. We ate out instead. Breakfast should not be included in the cost of the stay.

The hotel was too short staffed. When we checked in there was very little tissue on the roll and the bathroom floor was dirty. We had to ask for towels each day and make our own beds because of no housekeeping service. What I didn’t like overall is that the elevators were out on the day we checked out 4/11/21 and we had to walk down the stairs with our luggage from the 4th floor which irritated my bad knees.
