Hampton Inn Spartanburg Hotel

It was old but clean. I felt safe staying there by myself. Every person I ran into that worked there was very nice.

I thought it was over priced for the quality.

The front desk workers were very friendly. Give them an excellent. The house keeper for 425 was excellent she was the African American young lady can’t remember her name she deserves a up in pay for work she does. Such a nice helpful lady. Spartansburg Hampton was very nice to stay at.

The comfort of the beds was nice. The breakfast was great! It is a hot breakfast with a number of options. It was a nice hotel at a great price!!

This isn't necessarily a negative, but it seems like an older building, and there were a few small cosmetic things that showed some of the age/wear of the building (ie the backside of the curtains and the face/front of the sink that was a little loose. But these were very minimal things and would not at all keep me from recommending the hotel.

the staff-everyone from the reception area to the EVS people were friendly and kind! I witnessed a worker help a mother carry an armload of kids floaties to the pool!

we arrived late and nothing but fastfood options nearby-but you can't fix that...

The breakfast was good! Good cereal choices, great potatoes, and bacon. The breakfast area was neat and clean. The room smelled clean when we first checked in.

The bathtub had a stain in it near the drain area. The room looked a little outdated.

The breakfast was very good. The room was very welcoming and inviting. I liked the decor. The room & bathroom were very clean and furniture was in great condition. It was a warm, inviting room, not sterile like many of the newly renovated hotels. The parking lot was well kept and well lit. Overall it was a family atmosphere. It was not over-run with local partier’s smoking pot like many other hotels.

The breakfast tables needed to be cleaned up between patrons, but overall it was great!

The breakfast was good , I like having several options. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The walls in our room were dirty and the furniture could use an upgrade. The bed wasn’t very comfortable.

warm welcome and fast check in. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, breakfast was good with several choices. Very quiet and even had several pets there but didn't hear a sound. We only stayed for the night but if we return to Spartanburg we will stay at a Hampton

I've stayed here before and had a minor setback...this stay more than made up for last time...Great customer service( greeted with a smile)...smooth check in and out...all my requests were fulfilled...I stayed in a a clean and comfortable king room with spa tub, loved it! The hotel itself is in a great location quiet and peaceful,minutes away from places to shop and eat.

We stayed an extra night had to move to a different room than the first which was fine and staff was very helpful however that room the ac wasn't working as well however was 95 degrees outside rooms are a bit pricey
