We liked the pleasant atmosphere, the beds, the friendly staff and the parking lot. It's located very good too. Free coffee and you can make your own iced coffee with flavors. Great bathroom. Clean.

Breakfast was okay but nothing special. The pancake machine could be awesome if it works properly. We woke up at 6am from the alarm in the room (clock); housekeeping should check this. We didn't play pool but you can see that the cues were well worn.

The bed was very comfortable. Our shower and bathroom was modern and well-lit. The breakfast was excellent with several choices and the lobby area where we ate was very welcoming and cozy. Several different areas to sit and read a book, work on your laptop or just have a cup of coffee. The gym was the highlight for me. Great weights and equipment - maybe in need of a few smaller weights but overall EXCELLENT!

We would have preferred a closet instead of the bars to hang our clothes. Our room always looked cluttered whereas a closet hides things away. My only complaint were the pillows. There were no firm options, just very soft unsupportive ones.

The breakfast was so beautiful and it smelt so good when we passed it to go out the door! My husband kept us moving because we "weren't down there to sit in the room". I love Clemson and it's history but I love my bagels just as much! We had a great view of Clemson's stadium across the water.

The floor could've been mopped better... Our baby knocked his cup on the floor so the first instinct was to mop it up rather than other housekeeping and the wood floor was black. Highly recommend wearing house shoes around the room!

While I get pegs on the wall, given we were traveling with clothes for a wedding a closet would be helpful. It’s the way you are built but in room air conditioning is noisy and not easy to regulate. It’s either too cold or warm.

This property is in a prime location for those staying in Clemson. The stadium is right out your window if you have a parking lot view. The campus is approximately a 4 min drive down the street. The lobby is fresh, bright and themed for the Tiger fans. The Clemson mural is super cute. There were games to play inside and out (pool, giant tic tac toe) of the lobby. Rooms were clean and bright. We were pleasantly surprised by the toiletries in the shower. The scents were great. The beds were comfy. We used the gym and for a hotel gym they had all the things to get a good workout in. We were quite impressed.

Bringing back breakfast would be nice. They just had simple things due to COVID. We understood the need for it to be simple, but it still would have been nice to have something more. The blind in the room was a bit fussy. It kept coming off track and wouldn’t close properly. I don’t like light in the room at night so this had to get fixed. The gym was awesome, but when we wiped our used equipment down, our rags were dirtier than they should have been. More regular cleanings of this room would probably be a good idea.

I like the cleanliness, the issue solver associate, I booked for 3 nights, saturday after my event my friend and I decided to leave nxt morning bc family matters, I went to the associate working the night shift and I asked if it will be ok if we leave sunday morning instead of monday, he said ok, he fixed everything and said "u are ready to check out in the morning", the nxt morning I checked out and notice he actually adjusted my bill, he just charge me 2 nights not 3, some hotels dont do that. I will definitely stay there again.

The location, omg it's way tooooo far but it worth it.

The location was great! It was nice to walk to the shops and Starbucks. The room was very clean. A little small but no big deal for a two night stay.

Thin walls. It can get a little noisy at night with kids yelling and running next door, but this will not keep us from staying again.

The breakfast during covid was done in a creative, cute way. I would suggest on boxes maybe a little sticker noting to open to microwave biscuit. Since microwave is downstairs. I didn’t realize it wasn’t warmed up. But such a cute idea. I looooove the nosoapradio scents of the shampoo, body wash, lotion. The sheets were so soft! Pillows so comfortable. And room was Very clean!

Maybe a microwave in room or on each floor. Maybe near elevator. The doors are loud to open and close even when I tried to quietly. But wasn’t too big of a deal. Can hear through walls pretty easily. Could hear my neighbor snoring. Lol But, I think that’s about anywhere you stay. Hard to help that.

The hotel was very clean from the lobby, to the elevators, and the room itself. The room style is more modern which I appreciate. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in. The bathroom was spacious. My boyfriend and I enjoyed the TV channel selection for when we were in the room. The room also had a blackout shade that was so nice and useful. The hotel is within walking distance to a couple of restaurants, a grocery store, and a couple of other places. Nice location.

Whole experience was excellent! We were referred by a friend and was not disappointed, we'll be referring F&F also. This will be our main hotel stay while our son attends Clemson. Thanks to all the staff for a great job!

Both lamps (desk and standing) by the bed in room 208 did not work.
