It is a newly built and opened hotel. Very nice staff but a very newly trained staff. Breakfast area is nice and would be a good hot breakfast if it was consistently stocked and tables wiped. Many staff would disappear for extended periods of time to fo perform a task, only to return with not recalling what they left to go do or go and get.

Staff was often overwhelmed from lack of ongoing training. They struggled a lot to complete many things. Not enough experienced staff to support these newer employees. Hotel executives need to help these folks sooner than later. Some staff were constantly on their phone earpods while interacting with customers. Showerheads had no pressure. This could be from debris in showerhead filters from new construction or the need to remove water conservation devices. A 5 minute shower took about 20 minutes in this shower. I don't think water is best conserved this way. I did not experience this lack of water pressure in the sink or toilet. There were flies in my room and flies in common areas and breakfast areas.

When we checked in at night, the night, Clerk was exceptional. They had originally put us in a king size frame. We checked in and left quickly because we were late checking in and had to go meet up with other family. When we got back, they realized that we had needed a double queen. They were already working on this when we returned. Super accommodating. Super nice.

The only complaint that I had is that the room is super dark when you turn the lights out. Leaving the bathroom light on was not an option because it was so bright. We opened the soundproof curtain to allow a little light in from outside and heard the train. Perhaps some nightlights would be good for older people like me.

The Cherwaw location is absolutely AMAZING! When we arrived at the property we were greeted by Jacobi who was very friendly and accommodating to our family. He presented menus for the restaurant / bar and pointed out all amenities available. He was pleasant and made check in easy. The property was exceptionally clean including the fire pit area and pool. The cleanliness of the rooms exceeded our expectations. THANK YOU to the Cherwaw staff for making our stay pleasant. See you next year!!

The room was excellent. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was good.

We asked for a quiet room and our first floor window was less than 2 yards from the road. During daylight hours that road was almost unused, but at night, the truck traffic was unbelievably loud and relentless. It didn't stop until daylight. Also, I think a hook somewhere in the bathroom would be good addition.

It's a brand new building sp as soon as you walk in youre like, NICE!! The bed was comfortable, the sheets were crisp and clean, and the restroom was spotless. All of those things matter to me when staying at a hotel. The price was reasonable, which is always a plus! To top it all off the staff was very helpful and friendly.

I have no complaints. I will definitely be staying here again.

The reception and the exceptional professionalism of the staff! The hotel smelled and looked amazing! Breakfast was delicious, and after a long drive and busy family day, I slept comfortably!

No complaints! I was hoping for an indoor pool. Nonetheless, I wish I could've extended my stay.

The location is wonderful! My husband and I got up and headed just up the street to peruse through the shops. The hotel staff were helpful. The front desk got me a better rate than what I had. I so appreciate the extra effort on his part.

They didn't come and get the trash out of our rooms even if they don't come clean daily at least pick up the trash

Comfortable and quiet hotel. Great staff from check-in to dining and housekeeping. Everyone was a great service to my family.

the. Door on the bathroom is frosted. Privacy was lost.

it’s just a beautiful area I was born there and it was nice to finally have a hotel worth staying at to come see the change in the city. Also we had numerous family members staying also for a funeral
