Place was nice and clean I enjoyed my stay..!

Nice to sit out on the little terrace in the morning. Bed was super comfortable,staff pleasant and helpful. Grest location for our visit to family in Cranston,RI

Only issue was that the coffeemaker in ghd room wasn't working Wanted to have a cup of coffee on the terrace!

The hotel is in its own little cubby, right next to the highway, with a Dunkin across the street. Staff was very personable. The hotel in general has a very comfortable atmosphere.

The bathtub did not drain properly. The bed was a really firm. Lighting in the room was fairly dim compared to most places I have stayed.

room is excellent and well maintained.. though was disappointed there is no fresh coffee in am..nor anything else.. for the money paid for this room seems the least they could offer.. ive had more paying less for a room... everything seems to be ok but do believe the cost of this room for one night was a bit too much.

as mention coffee in the am would of been excellent.. i walked over to Dunkin donunts, with a warming to be ware of surroundings. which is short distance from hotel.. other than that room was great and well maintained and close to airpot and R 95... to me, my room was a bit expensive for one night.. all in all a good stay...

Location is perfect. It is a little secluded and off of the beaten path and we needed the rest. Very quiet and very clean, especially since COVID19. The pool and restaurant were not open due to not enough staffing, but at least they were open for the quick coffee in the morning. The rate was perfect this time. I have tried to return here on several occasions, but the rate was higher than my budget. Great experience! I hope to be back in November...

no natural air in the room. there was no free breakfast, the tv in the room was painfully slow

Everything else. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was beyond friendly and very kind and helpful. Apologetic for the lack of certain amenities.

The pool and restaurant were closed due to staffing. Bed was a little hard as I have back issues. Could use a good matress topper . Free coffee would of been a nice touch after loss of amenities that were part of reason I chose this hotel.

we’ve been here 3-4 times , it’s our go to for work trips to providence are , it’s clean, the staff are so nice, and it’s quite! oh so quite.

The staff was exceptional, super friendly, and welcoming from the moment we walked in the door. The room was very clean, the beds super comfortable and the room temperature perfect. Friday and Saturday nights but the place was super quiet (although full). Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great. Just hoping the end of the pandemic brings back workers so the cafe would be open again.

Good location just south of Providence with easy on and off of 95. Clean smoke free rooms and able to take last minute reservation (within the hour when another hotel did not meet cleanliness my expectations.)

Some things not open because of COVID restrictions ... Wish Starbucks in lobby was open to get coffee in morning .... but At least there was Keurig was in the room.
