Ryan at the front desk was very helpful. We were having trouble with the wifi for my wife's work laptop and he went out of his way to help us get it working.
Everything about the hotel itself was fine. The only reason we might consider another place in that area in the future is there aren't any restaurants that meet our expectations. The Bob Evan's was fine but we couldn't find anyplace else that we liked or wasn't fast food.

Quiet and comfortable beds.
1. Kid at front desk needs a serious haircut. You look like a girl. I am suprised management allows this. You were professional, but seriously look like a freak. Not trying to be nasty, just honest. You are in the business world, now dress accordingly. 2. Mold in bathroom shower stall. For $140/night hotel, you can do better. 3. Bed and room service (towels) between the two nights I was there.

I'm just going to go what I didn't like.
I gave them a good review. But the price was a little high. We visit relatives in the area and we normally stay 1 night a few times a year. Didn't know they were pet friendly. I had to pay a 50.00 pet fee. What could I do at the time but pay it where else could I go at that time of day.

They had our rooms ready a hour early and allowed us to check in early.
The handicapped room we had, when showering water went ALL over the floor. Not great for a handicapped person.

Everything about the room was great. But you need to provide different pillows, the pillows you currently have are soft, and fluffy, but when you lay your head on them they go flat where you put your head.

I loved the room and the tv was good except I think you should offer more channels.
When we went in our room their was cigarette ashes in the sink. I told the desk assistant bc I don't want blamed for it bc my husband and I doesn't smoke. I washed them down the sink.
