Courtyard Philadelphia Plymouth Meeting

Front desk staff was awesome. They checked me in and out faster than most hotels. Very friendly as well!

I wouldn't say I didn't like because I understand the world today and there isn't much help around. But the bartender was doing everything she could and was the only one back cooking. There was myself and another person waiting a good 5 to 8 minutes before she even came out front.

I booked 2 nights for my birthday, the hotel is local for me. I've stayed here before and liked that it's across the street from restaurants and a mall. I knew I'd find something to do. The highlight was Suzette, she absolutely made my day. My room was more than I anticipated. Thankful to Suzette for making my birthday something to remember even though all of my previously made plans fell through.

The new room design was great with very comfortable bedding, room layout and sofa. Maria, at the front desk, was the star of our stay. She should definitely be considered for a job in sales, management or event management.

The outdoor and lobby furniture needs attention. It was chipped, dinged and scrapped and the area around the lobby fireplace needs more comfy furniture and decor to elevate it to the rest of the lobby.

The property was home away from home.

I left my scarf in the bathroom, I called and told the manager exactly where I left my scarf. I was told the scarf was not found. I responded by saying your staff has my scarf and I hung up. A few minutes later, I received a call back stating my scarf was retrieved and I can pick it up at the front desk.

Friendly staff. Greets you by name. Cozy room.

Business center is not open and the laundry room is not available

Nice rooms, clean and quiet. No dinner options except weekends; breakfast was a scaled down pay to eat Starbucks.

The location and it was a clean place.

The heat was not working in the room. Notified the front desk she said turn it off and on, which I did several times, still nothing. Ended up requesting extra blankets to warm up. Room was just basic, expected a little bit more upscale.

It was in a good location and in close proximity to restaurants and stores. The staff was friendly.

Granted room was nice and clean but price was high for what you got. Not even a free breakfast as in other hotels

Our room had access to the courtyard. A very relaxing environment. The morning staff were very friendly and pleasant to interact for any cause. The location was close to many wonderful stores

I would suggest you have coffee or tea free and microwaves in the room.
