Staff were very nice,snack bar and available alcohol were nice perks, had a list of local restaurants available ,room size was spacious

No plungers in room , could not get tub stopper to work for bath, elevator needs to be checked it was scary , need to enforce handicapped parking.There was a truck with no plates or placards in a spot and another truck parked over the wheelchair space lines making it hard for us since we had a wheelchair and had to try to park between them.you can see the spots from the window and should gave their plate numbers from check in so doing a check and call to the room to move their car would be nice

The room was very spacious, the pool was warm and the staff was amazing! the lady at the front desk overheard my daughter talking about being scared of the top floor and wanting to swim so she booked us on the bottom floor right by the pool without even requesting it. We didn’t drink but having alcohol available for purchase is a great idea.

there were no towels in the pool area.

I liked the location to a work function nearby. liked it’s accessibility to the highway as well. Loved the free breakfast every morning. That was the deciding factor in staying here versus other hotels in the area.

The room was noisy and I could hear the highway traffic all night. Mattress on the bed was lumpy and needed to be replaced.

Everything!!!! They have a wonderful service, good staff, clean rooms, good breakfast, the beds are very comfortable, clean sheets, clean smell inside the room and all over the building, the pool is amazing, perfect temperature inside the room and the water. We’ll definitely go back to that place.

Hotel is excellent, good breakfast and place. I was visiting families and and pretending stay in different places but really liked hotel so I ask for stay:. ... Price to high to stay so I took an additional day and move away to other place.

No good offering to people who want to stay in the hotel.

My 2 friends and I stayed for 3 nights. We had a queen suite with 2 queen beds and a pullout sofa. There was plenty of room for the 3 of us to move about and relax. Clean and plenty of towels for 3 people each day. We all were impressed with this hotel! It is an exceptionally clean and well cared for property. Our room was cleaned everyday. The hallways,stairwell, lobby and elevator were also bright and clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast area was well laid out and had a good selection of items. The price we paid was actually hard to believe for this wonderful hotel! The location was perfect for our plans. A heartfelt thank you to the staff and manager!!

We did not find a thing that needed improvement!

Breakfast was really good, served by a friendly staff. The staff was really amazing, overall. The young lady at the front desk went out of her way to help us, helping us find a great place for dinner even though it was rather late, and helping us to save money. The pool is good, with no COVID restrictions. (I'm not against commonsense COVID restrictions - far from it - but sometimes hotels go a little overboard, such as only allowing one family in the pool at a time.) Speaking of COVID, staff recommended guests wear masks, and most of us did.

Nothing that's their fault. The only thing we didn't like was that it kind of smells of animal manure outside, but that's not their fault: the problem is Manheim is surrounded by farms. But don't worry about this because inside it smells just fine.

breakfast had a good selection considering "covid," husband would have liked french toast or pancakes one day, indoor pool and fitness center was a nice addition to the stay during the cold spell. staff very friendly, helpful and courteous. The entire building was extremely clean and sanitized, to include our room. The bed was very comfortable, quiet time strictly enforced and had a great night's sleep every night there. location was perfect for us, to visit family in Lancaster County.

Location was perfect for my event and not too far from local restaurants and stores also. Rooms were clean and good size making for a comfortable stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was OK but typical of a hotel breakfast. I did like their mini mart with snacks and bevs including beer/wine.

A bar with a limited meal menu would have been nice.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious they gave you A wide selection such as; country biscuits, eggs,waffle and a wide selection of muffins and bread and lots of coffee and juice it was fabulous! The location is very direct right off of the highway so easy to find.
