Hampton Inn Indiana

Very close to everything we wanted to do. It was very clean and staff is friendly.

I would suggest the option of flatter pillows. All that was in our room were high pillows and because of a past back injury i need a lower profile pillow. Also, just a suggestion: since most people traveling in couples or families most have cell phones. As I looked at the room I thought of the possibility of having a very small shelf that could be folded down to the wall, but opened to accommodate a cell phone or bottle of water for night use.

Everything was easy and seamless during our stay there! Everyone was polite and helpful. Breakfast was enjoyable. Facilities were clean and it was very quiet! The heating and air conditioning worked awesome as well!

Our tub had a hair in it before using it for the first time but we just washed it down.

Breakfast was clean and there was a large variety of food. Staff was always pleasant and accommodating.

Only complaint from the entire trip was that the pool was so over chlorinated that we only used it once. Both children and adults were crying about how bad their eyes and throats hurt. Suits were rinsed and hung to dry for the remainder of the stay but actually still smell upon returning home, even after being washed twice on the cleanest washing machine setting.

The breakfast was good!

Did NOT like that the hot tub was broken, you chose NOT fix it and the heater for the pool was broken. We inquired at the front desk if the hot tub was working. They told us it was broken BUT DID NOT TELL US THE HEATER FOR THE POOL WAS ALSO BROKEN. It is a big deal to get everyone changed into swimsuits. Let your guest know the pool is cool, so they can decide whether to bother going down!

The facility is nice and close to restaurants and other IUP activities so the facility is in a great location for families of IUP students.

One elevator and stairs only at the ends of the building making it difficult to get to the higher floors. The downstairs coffee bar is great however very limited in space for making your coffee. Also the breakfast is very limited and not as robust as other Hampton Inn's so plan accordingly

Everyone was so nice and kind! Went out of their way to make sure our stay was relaxing and nice!

I didn't like the fact that the pool was closed and there was no heads-up or anything. Had some very disappointed kids and it made the start of our trip start off rough

I arrived before check-in and was allowed to check in early. Tha bed was comfortable and I felt safe. The location was close to a restaurant where I could get dinner and not far from IUP where we were going on a tour.

Wish the hotel had a place to get food on the premises.

the pool needs to be cleaned . our toilet was low and when you sat on it you felt like you were going to fall . the shower head came off and hit me in the head

the Staff from Front Desk, Breakfast Staff, Cleaning Staff were above and beyond for everything and extremely friendly and overly helpful.

well maintained, safe parking and a safe overall environment.

We liked everything, the staff wS wonderful, freindly, helpful, informative about places to go, things to do. I have to say this was one of our best Christmas trips my sisters and I had.

There was nothing we didn't like.
