Comfortable and quiet

Towels and bedding seemed clean but stained.Bathroom could have been cleaned better

I must say that the staff is very polite, friendly and accommodating. The rooms are extremely clean, well- maintained, and are designed well. I always travel with my dog and am used to have to pay fees for her, sometimes those fees are high, at all Red Roof Inn's, pets stay for free, I was pleasantly surprised to hear to that. There are very few things in life anymore that are free, least of all a pet staying in a motel/ hotel. The Red Roof Inn is now my go to motel/hotel, whenever I am traveling. I don't have anything negative to say about them. They are Exceptional in every possible way and get 5 stars from me. Thank You Red Roof Inn for providing such excellent service to my dog and I. I promise we will be back and will send everyone we know to you.👍👏

The cleaning staff was friendly and meticulous...each day the room...a pet friendly room... Was cleaned and fresh smelling...the bathrooms, renovated since our last stays here are bright and beautiful...great new tile...the absence of carpet with new laminate flooring in the room makes it perfect for pet families...there were many pets here with their people this week.

Location. Modern furnishings.

Bathroom needed attention. The curtain was stained. The shower walls had prints on them. The soap/shampoo dispensers were empty. The towels needed replaced - snags, thin, "crusty". Water pressure was weak.

4pm check in.. Front desk friendly, Cindy gave a warm greeting. Great help with food and local places. Room clean and quiet. Comfortable bed. Good size pet area. Like a Red Roof with above average staff.

Refrigerator worked but door didn't shut properly. No biggie, kept drinks cold. ChemTrails overhead, but its not Red Roof spraying them,I'm sure

Overall, It was a good value for our money

No toilet paper when we arrived and inattentive staff. We waited 10 minutes for the front desk gentleman to even come to ask what we needed. Towels were dingy and there was a barking dog all morning while the owner was outside smoking. They are renovating at this time and even on Memorial Day, they started hammering and drilling at 8am. Had we known they were renovating, we would not have stayed there.

Thank you for accommodating pets. I’ve stayed here before and it looks like there have been upgrades in rooms. A big fan of bed linens, although need poofier, not hard, pillows. Shower was great. Cable TV choices are plentiful.

Pet area too far from building, must go across parking lot. It would be more convenient to use grassy area off side door, especially after dark!

I liked the cleanliness of both the room/bedding and the bathroom. And, I liked the quietness - did not hear voices in the hallway and did not hear anyone running up and down the hall. Very nice and quiet :-)

I just wish there would have been an extra hand towel for each person, as I use my hand towel for drying my hair after showering.

Great location. We were there for the antique extravaganza. It's right next to a Dunkin Donuts. Rooms are nice. They are clean. Ours was newly renovated.

One problem this time was there was Construction and it started at like 7:30 on Saturday morning and some very loud dogs. It did NOT have a microwave. But this was the first time in our multiple stays here

Room was nicely updated and comfortable. Plenty of hot water, and nice shower head. The refrigerator had a separate freezer compartment that totally froze our ice packs which we appreciated.

Wifi dropped out easily, and while you couldn't hear noise from the next room, you could hear anybody talking in the hallway quite clearly.
