I book every weekend and every room is always dirty. The room I just had Saturday I had the same exact room last Saturday. I cut my toenails last week and the same pieces of my toenails was in the same exact spot 2 days ago. Staff do not vacuum. Always pieces of long strand of hair laying around everywhere. In the shower, the covers/sheets.. really nasty. I shouldn’t keep spending all my money there and have to clean up too.

I HAD TO DO A FEW THINGS MYSELF IN ORDER TO BRING THE BATHTUB AND BATHROOM AREA UP TO PERSONAL PREFERENCE OF CLEANLINESS. HOWEVER THE ATTENDANT ON SITE WAS GRACIOUS ENOUGH TO GET ME THE GLOVES AND SUPPLIES I NEEDED AND I TOOK CARE OF WHAT WAS NECESSARY MYSELF. OTHER THAN THAT, ALL IS WELL!

Location, price are main selling points. Owner checked me in, very nice. Simple decor, but with a fridge and microwave. No frills option if price is main concern. Free airport shuttle but they go to several other hotels as well before airport, so factor this into timing.

I stay here often whenever I am going out of town. The staff is very friendly the rooms are always clean. It's an easy access from the airport and they do have an airport shuttle. And you can leave your car there for a nominal fee while you are out of town.

There is a light breakfast but it's not the type of breakfast that most people are used to at a hotel. Mostly it is due to the covid and they're trying to keep their customers safe

There was one chair in the room for two people. Not agree. Difficult to take meals together

The staff was great Cooperative accommodating and very clean the sleep was very pleasant!:-)

Although the elevator met our needs concerning my mother dealing with handicap challenges and getting her up onto the second level I would prefer that we have a room on the first floor other than that everything was great! :-)

The room was surprisingly clean, and recently renovated! Lots of granite and faux granite countertops everywhere, and a surprisingly firm and comfortable bed with feather pillows- far more comfortable than rooms twice the price! The air conditioning/temperature controls were excellent, and the location is ideal, within a stone's throw of Robert Morris, Coraopolis, and the Pittsburgh International Airport. I'll be back!

Despite free breakfast being promised on their website, none was offered, and the concierge just gave me a shrug when I asked for detail. At first, I thought people were making love in the room next to me, but I learned it was just the hotel's cooling system. I got quite used to the rhythmic, quiet thumping, and I think it put me to sleep. It would've been nice to have a small coffee maker in the room, but I still found this hotel to be exceptional value!

No coffee maker in the room, coffee was made for me on request by the very pleasant and eager to please desk clerk in the morning. Night desk clerk was unfriendly and not at all helpful. Would have been better if he told me about coffee availability and given me suggestions about where to park to access my room.

Easy check in, friendly staff, ride to the airport. I was worried based on reviews, but place was super clean and easy check in and out. Pay your hotels booking.com

We went to see a Rob Zombie Concert. It was close to the venue and fast to get back to afterwards. We had cold drinks waiting for us in the mini fridge and heated our pizza up in the microwave.

There wasn't any hair dryer available.
