GrandStay Hotel & Suites

Everything was excellent except for one big problem. There are no hand rails in the bath tub. I am not handicapped but that was a problem. I was really afraid that I would fall. Anyone would be. I have never been in a hotel as great as this one that did not have these important things. That is the reason I will not stay here next time unless this is rectified. I would imagine the hotel would be worried about the legal situation if someone gets hurt in the tub. It is too bad because Inreally loved the hotel. Everything else about it was wonderful.

Location. Facilities. Staff. Cleanliness. Ambiance. Ease of check-in and out. Breakfast offerings. Parking ease. Size of the building. Good beds. Wonderful linens. They went above and beyond when we accidently left our good clothes in the closet and checked out. They called us immediately when they discovered them and we were able to retrieve them posthaste.

Can't come up with anything we didn't like!

The beds and pillows at this place are SO COMFY. The room was very clean, and had a decent little cooler and microwave. There was hot breakfast every morning, and while the first day was a little mediocre, the second day's breakfast was actually great. Breakfast offerings include some hot protein available, but also a variety of breads, yogurt, fruit, donuts, and juices, as well as cereal and oatmeal and hard boiled eggs. It won't beat getting a fresh to order breakfast in town, but if you want to get an early start, this isn't a bad way to do it. Property was lovely, as it's quite new from what the locals told me. Had a herd of deer walking around nibbling on trees and bushes and they aren't scared of humans, so it was fun to just observe them. Located very close to "downtown" Sisters and all the shopping and food there, and the property itself is right next to a gas station, McDs, a grocery store, and a restaurant. Staff was super sweet and friendly. Would definitely stay at this hotel again in future visits to Sisters.

Nothing really. Everything was excellent.

Breakfast was the usual powdered eggs, cereal. yogurt and pastries. It was enough to get you going. The coffee was decent but not super good for the PNW. The location was convenient - central to all of the hot spots around town.

It would have been nice to have a water dispenser in the lobby during the heat wave. Not having an elevator was a downside for us. Stairs were hard for us and we were not offered ground floor when we expressed this concern.

absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean, lovely welcome from staff, cannot fault this hotel in any way it was immaculate ..laundry facilities also were first class, breakfast was really good, quality yoghurts, bagels, toast, waffles omelettes and sausage patties all really good quality ..would come back here in a heartbeat

The staff was friendly. The room was a nice size with a large TV. It was a great location that was close to everything and a beautiful view. The lobby had some great decorations and pictures.

There were no pool towels when we came to get in the hot tub. Fortunately, I always bring my own beach towel, but I would prefer to use the pool towels to dry off.

The stay both nights was excellent.

I got a senior discount the first nite. When I called for the second nite on our return trip the clerk didnt give me the senior discount. When I called to make the reservation I ask if I would get the same rate as the first nite. I was told yes so I didnt even look unti. I checked my bank statement and saw that I didnt get the lower rate. Other than this it was a deliteful stay!

Breakfast was great, I like that it was close to a good grocery store and fast food and Sisters Coffee Roasters was a very short walk away. I also felt like I was the first person to ever stay in my room. Everything was impeccable.

I can’t think of anything. It was just positive experience after positive experience. I work in the hospitality industry and was blown away.

Nice greetings by all staff personnel upon entering and going to the room. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff was efficient setting up and replenishing the food as well as cleaning the tables.

It was costly for a high seasonal stay of one day.

Very pleased with our decision to stay here! We frequently stay in various hotels/vacation rentals. In the Sisters - Redmond area. From budget motels to vacation homes at Black Butte Ranch. This place is my favorite. Super clean building. Comfortable beds. Friendly, down to earth staff. We stayed 3 days during the week, fairly priced for the area. The pool/sauna was open and HOT breakfast was available.
