Inn at the Prom

The location is amazing! We had a deluxe ocean-view room on the lower floor. To be able to simply sit out on the porch and watch the sunset over the ocean as people walk by on the boardwalk was amazing in and of itself, but to be a short walk (straight out the gate of the room's porch railing) to the restaurants and shops meant that there were no dull moments and, regardless of the weather, made it feel like all of Seaside was at our fingertips at all times...so much so that we didn't even move our car once after checking in. P.S. a soak in the luxurious jetted tub is an incredible way to end an evening before slipping under the covers of the very comfortable king-size bed!

The room gets really stuffy on hot days! There's no AC, but the Inn provides a very effective verticle fan that circulates the air. AC used to not be needed on the coast, but the weather over recent years has gotten hotter for longer. Also, the room is quite small. With that said, it has everything you need to be comfortable+.

Stayed in suite 2 with my 5 yr old and it was perfect size. We didn't have a view but the walk to the beach/prom was short- just across the street. The jacuzzi tub water was hot hot hot and the jets worked and the robes availabile in the room gave the suite a spa like feeling! The kitchen had all the needed pots and pans plus coffee and hot cocoa were provided complimentary. There was no breakfast service but that didn't affect us, we went to safeway down the street and got some eggs, toast etc and made a wonderful breakfast. We even toasted some marshmallows on the fire pit infront of the main house. The bed/pillows were clean and cozy and the fireplace in the living space was a huge plus. Parking was also easy and right by the place. Bring some cash to tip roomservice, and envelope was provided. We left our venmo tag to request tip since did not having cash. Overall we were very happy with this room, value, and experience and will definitely consider staying again!

Everything! The room is wonderful. It's not big but cozy. There is a loveseat, TV and gas fireplace in the living room area, a very comfortable queen bed, and robes in the closet in the bedroom. There's a jacuzzi tub in a very nice size bathroom. The kitchen is great with coffee from Three Monks Coffee in Canon Beach. We happened to be there just after Valentine's Day and there was still a cruise ship towel animal on the end of the bed. It was a surprise and treat. The Inn At The Prom is so close to the beach, the heart of downtown. We can't wait to go back.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like.

We stayed 3 nights at this Cute place right on the promenade. The beach was easy to get to, as well as food, shops and activities.. the lady at the front desk was nice and check in was easy. The rooms was nice and clean. The spa tub was deep and the water stayed hot. The bedroom was quiet and nice n cozy. The size of the room was perfect for me and my boyfriend

The parking it tight but we parked around the corner.. The hotels surrounding it are a bit overpowering but I got over it the 2nd day ..

The Hotel is nestled in between the bigger hotels, however it has a sense of privacy and you can get lost in the view of the ocean in the morning and evening. The Jacuzzi bathtub is the gem of the place. You can go on the off season and still be cozy. My husband and I absolutely adore this place.

There was construction of a building right next to our room, there was tools and other items on the walk way. This building also messed up the ocean view. The Inn cant help it and we understand.

We stayed in one of the cottages. Looked great, lots of flowers and super close to beach but not on main walking path. Had full oven and small fridge with plates and glasses and silverware all freshly clean. Huge tub and big bath. Open gas fire pit areas. Great parking. People super nice and helpful.

The card reader didn’t work and they didn’t except cash but we got it figured out. Just make sure your credit card numbers aren’t so worn off you can’t read them lol.

The location was perfect for wandering about town. Very roomy bathroom and tub/shower. Peekaboo view of the beach/ocean. Easy access to the promenade.

More stairs than anticipated to access the room. Parking on property was only for compact vehicles. Room stayed very hot and provided fan didn't work well (so thankful we brought an emergency box fan). Could use a dresser for those multi day stays.

The bed was exceptionally cozy! The room was cute and lovely. Lots of pillows and blankets. The bathtub was HUGE and comfortable. My partner is 6’7” and was able to actually take a bath! The distance from the room to the beach was short and perfect! Great lawn to sit and watch the sun set. Staff was accommodating and friendly. The coffee was actually good!

A little pricy. Not enough towels. The room was very stuffy and warm, despite it only reaching 70 degrees. The fan provided didn’t take the edge off and the windows provided little cool air to come through. Cutlery and plates, etc were provided but, no napkins or paper towels, which was annoying.

The room over looked at the beach, which was nice. The Prom was located next to the tourist area, which was convenient to have everything within walking distance. Only heard fellow travelers in the hall.

The hide a bed in the couch was full of crumbs, which housekeeping came to clean it. The description was a little misleading to what we had gotten. But understandable, since there was last minute change on my end.

The location is phenomenal. We had a clear view of the water from just about everywhere in our room. The staff was super friendly and accommodating and the room was very clean.

Parking was a bit difficult, especially if we left during the day and came back. Our last night we parked a couple blocks away on the street. Not a big issue, just something worth a mention.
