close to everything I needed to be near easy to find! also cut my finger the first night, didn't have any bandaids like I thought so thankfully front desk did ! super sweet amazing experience ❤️

honestly wish it was a little more sound proof between 1st and 2nd floor. I woke up at 230 245am and couldn't go back yo sleep finally left at around 315am cause the guests in the room above me sounded like a heard of elephants & as if they were flooding the room. it was unpleasant. overall I love this place and I'll be back eventually again

Good location for my needs. Staff were very helpful. Even when their computer system was having issues they managed to keep a good attitude about the situation.

Television was pretty small for such a large room and hard to hear over the heater. Didn't want to blast the volume and bother neighboring guests. The placement of the iron hanger is very high, and awkward to access. Being a little person and used to climbing to reach things this was mounted oddly even for average size people.

Friendly, helpful staff. Room had everything I needed including a fridge/freezer. The decor was better than most rooms in this price range. It’s conveniently located to the old downtown Roseburg, which is the main reason I haven’t booked elsewhere.

Cleanliness was good but not excellent — fairly typical of other hotels in this price range.

Decent size refrigerator that actually works! Good use of space for everything that was in one room. It was quiet and clean.

If you're looking to stretch out, this is not the place for you. Bathroom a little too small, if the door opened outward it would help.

I liked the location and the price. The employees were very friendly and helpful.

It was a little rough around the edges but it was nothing but a little wear and tear.

The room was clean and quiet. There's a microwave, mini refrigerator, and coffee maker. The rooms are updated retro(greys, oranges, & white). Good place for weary travelers on a short stay. Lots of restaurants and fast food available in the area as well.

The location is a lot further from I-5 so you do have to travel through town. The outside of the building itself could use some updating. The office closes at 11pm.

The room was cozy and we felt very comfortable and very safe. The place is in a good spot in the town. The staff was very good and nice to us and I love that they have parking on the premises. Felt safe with all the Covid protocols and the cleanness of the room.

I don't have anything bad to say about the place. I really enjoy my stay.

The location and staff are terrific , and the beds are super comfortable.

I generally stay here every time I go through, and am noticing a decline in the room conditions, broken faucet, broken chairs, plenty of things that need attention

The breakfast bars, fruit, juices, Tea and Coffee were a nice touch.

I cant think of anything I didnt like.
