Sheraton Portland Airport Hotel

When my plane flight was cancelled by Southwest, I ended up in Portland a day later. They cancelled the first night without charging me and switched me to the next night. The shuttle service was excellent and I did not even have to wait. The food at their restaurant was excellent.

The television doesn't default to the channel you were previously watching when you turn back on. You select watch TV and the channel. The refrigerator is crammed into a small space and it is an effort to close

The Sheraton is in location close to the Airport with an excellent shuttle service. A excellent place to park my car. A restaurant is located inside the Hotel and has excellent food.

Like most lodging today it is definitely overpriced for 1 night stay. There is no restaurants or stores nearby and no interesting places to visit

I’m a School Nurse, and this year has been never ending. I had positives at one of my schools (always unexpected) and instead of getting on the road at 4pm for a 4 hr drive for a 10:00pm flight. I finally left at 4:30. I stopped for gas 2 hrs later and discovered although I had my passport, my wallet had fallen out. I hit traffic with an accident, and missed my flight. The airlines rebooked me, so I had to find a hotel. I arrived with my “sad” lack of traditional plastic. The desk agent was professional, friendly, efficient and before I knew it I was in my room for the three hours before my flight. An unexpected expense, but I would recommend Sheraton on this visit alone.

It was more expensive the similar properties in the area.

Everything! The people the room the service location everything was tip top i had to have a correction to my stay because my father payed ahead of time and they needed an active debit card on file so I could get my room key I had to sit and wait awhile but i wasn't uncomfortable or irritated they helped me set everything and they were extremely courteous and helpful i was grateful thanks again for your hard work!

the mattress and the pillows

provide additional coffee for the room since there is a coffee maker in the room and after two days we are out of coffee and sugar, the pool water was way to cold but the SPA was very nice. It also has a sign about the Sauna but apparently its not open and nobody said anything. Breakfast or at least a basic breakfast should be included for the price per night I'm paying.

The location was good and Central for all our needs the breakfast that is included in our stay was very well sized breakfast. I like that the pool and hot tub is open 24 hours. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was ok the only issues I had was that the potatoes were not cooked all the way both days even after asking for them to be cooked extra long the size of breakfast was great but in my opinion a little too much. The sausage was not great at all, had a weird flavor and found egg shell in our scrambled eggs

proximity to airport…noise from planes was not very noticeable to me

TV didn’t work. we called for help, and they fixed it, then it had a different issue and we gave up. end of the trip too tired to keep dealing with the issue

The check-in clerk went out of her way to find me what I was looking for. She initially thought what I wanted was not possible, but she tried a different way, and it worked. Very grateful for her accommodating actions!

I had to make my bed. not an issue except they gave me these sheets that I did not know how to put on. Room service didn't need to be every day , but at least once during a 6 day stay. Meals should have been brought up and left at the door. Covid exposure is more likely in the bar area than bringing a meal to a room.

Location to the airport was perfect

Shower was out of conditioner and being on the top floor we didn’t have much water pressure
