Motel 6-Medford, OR - North

Comfortable bed, lots of vanity space, good shower pressure and a free-flowing drain. Easy parking. Loved the wood floor…so much more sanitary than carpet. Wonderful long desk with chair PLUS a table with chair, perfect for 2 people to do computer work. Josie at the front desk was super helpful…we called to request a ground floor room and on arrival were delighted to find she’d been able to hold one for us. Great customer service! Also, Keli did an excellent job cleaning the room.

Some noise from the guests above us but only a minor inconvenience. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this property to other travelers.

The staff was wonderful and welcoming. There were a few issues with the room but the manager took care of it straight away. He took pictures of issues as well. There is a beautiful rose bush at the office that is incredible.

The sketchy people sitting in their car smoking pot for hours on end was weird. It looked like everything they owned was in their car. When I say hours on end I'm not kidding,,,well over five hours into the night

The staff was very kind and helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable. I slept very well after the late evening noise quieten down on the street and neighbors

A little noisy with dogs and kids as well as being on a fairly busy Street but that quietened down after midnight. There were no facilities for making tea or a fridge etc which I would have preferred

Rooms normally are great and clean. This was the only time I'd found empty bottle just under the bed, televisions screen was barely visible as it could be going out also the tub was visibly not or improperly cleaned. Not too much but definitely unexpected not the normal. Overall still had a good stay.

I liked the fact that there was a laundry room available for guest use as I really didn't want to go hang out at a public laundromat in a unfamiliar town.

It seemed like there was a lot of people coming and going from the rooms next to me at all hours, doors shutting, people talking as they're walking by (not quietly like you'd expect at two, three or four in the am).

Everything was clean and the shower was exceptional. Nice location and separate rooms for pet folk (there were a lot!) They allowed you to leave your pet in the room if you went out (and I did once to get groceries, although in his crate)

Check in - room wasn't ready and they said they would call within an hour. Nearly 2 hours later I checked and it had been ready for a while - guess that someone went to lunch/forgot. Also, my key card wouldn't access the laundry/ice room.

Cleanliness, good size and condition of room, Non-smoking, TV and cable access. PET FRIENDLY PET FRIENDLY PET FRIENDLY! Good amount of grassy area and bags for poop. ADA access.

The late evening staff was new, said she couldn't cancel a reservation by a third party. Stayed up all night trying to fix problem, finally went to bed at 2:45 am. The next morning the Desk clerk was able to cancel the incorrect reservation, no problem. People who don't pick up after pets are trash. They ruin it for responsible pet owners. :(

Spacious room. A/C works almost too well. Couldn't figure out how to turn A/C down any lower.

Fabric shower curtain that allowed water to get all over the floor. Amenities were sparse. No shampoo or coffee maker. Thin bed covers. I was cold all night.

They put someone in the room above us when there were plenty unused rooms in the section we were in. Even after informing the office at time of Check-in that we had to be up and at the hospital by 7 am. Which kept me the driver up because the guest they put in the room, had no regard for others.

We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. The rooms had hard floors which I love because it’s so much cleaner. You can tell the rooms have been recently updated. Front desk staff was very nice.

The bath towels are tiny and the people hanging around the parking lot were seedy, they seemed like maybe they’re long-stay residents of the hotel but all in all we had a good stay with no real complaints.
