Staybridge Suites - Hillsboro North, an IHG Hotel

clean and well appointed- pleasant decor, nice to have kitchenette and hot breakfast

The staff were pleasant enough but the front desk people looked like we had just woken them up. not professional at all, frumpy sweatshirts on. they did their job but just didn’t strike me as hotel staff- they could have at least had on a polo shirt or something that made them look somewhat professional especially for a business class hotel. Also some of the food for breakfast ran out and it took forever to replace it. it wasn’t even close to the end of breakfast time.

The room was extremely comfortable, and wonderful for our brief stay. We would have been very comfortable staying for longer as well. The breakfast was excellent and had many options. We loved having the kitchen. Highly recommend, and would gladly stay again!

The pool heater was out of order, and we were very much looking forward to using the pool, so had some disappointed kids.

The location was beautiful. Near the country but also the freeway. Staff were laid back but attentive and very friendly. The room was spotless. The kitchenette was so perfect to make my own meals.

The bed was not very comfortable The water pressure in the shower was really poor

The front desk advised us to use the back entrance which is closest to the accesible room that we used. However the back parking by the back door does not have a curb cut, so getting my wife's wheelchair required the front door.

The bag breakfast was good offering several selections . I understand with COVID precautions, guidelines are in place making it difficult to offer more options. I liked the Chobani yogurt as it's the only yogurt I'll eat, however it was a smaller size, I also liked having a fruit option. I don't drink juice or milk, and I try not to eat processed foods, so the Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches & pastry I brought home to my husband.

Well I wasn't sure if my bed sheets were clean? They had a different scent, not a bleach scent like they'd been cleaned, but a different smell. I didn't say anything cause the rest of the room seemed to be fine.

It was probably the nicest hotel I had stayed in since who knows when. It also had a lot of nice things around to do.

A unexpected 25.00 charge before I could get into my room was disappointing. I almost didn't have the money for it after already paying 144 dollars. Wish places wouldn't do this

we loved everything - breakfast good - used the gym - all the staff was great - nice and quiet

I liked that the room had a kitchenette with a good size refrigerator

I start work earlier in the morning so I wasn't able to have their breakfast. It would nice if breakfast started at 6:00 Places I have stayed at recently breakfast was at 6:00am.

Staff the room had a very nice view..... comfortable bed and I love the shampoo & conditioner body wash. O the light up mirror is the best!

Be nice if there was a shuttle to the max/shopping center. The price kept changing I think I was charged twice for 7/13/2021

I love that there’s a kitchen. Rooms are great sized. A fun campfire area to sit around and relax and visit. We rented 3 rooms total and had enough people to make this a fun trip.

There wasn’t much to do outside the property. We drove 1.5 hrs to tour seaside.
