The dude a the front desk was awesome, the room and facilities were VERY good and extremely clean. I'm not a big eater for breakfast but did have some eggs and sausage which were good. I'll DEFINITELY book here again. Also, the price was GREAT, VERY INEXPENSIVE for the quality.

The air conditioner in the room could not be set at night. It just kept running and making the room very cold. We had to finally just turn the unit completely off in order to stol it from making the room like a freezer.

I have traveled from LA to STL and the property was just perfect. I felt safe and welcomed , not judged or scared. The people in the environment really make the property special. I truly have never been to a better hotel in my life. Every single worker was so amazing in every way. This place touched me in ways I can’t explain I feel like I went to a retreat to learn how to be happy. Thank you so much for showing me that the world still thinks people are important.

I loved everything about the property.

I've stayed at this hotel a couple of times and it's been consistently a pleasant stay. Very friendly staff made the check-in process smooth and quick. The rooms have been clean and very comfortable. And it's conveniently located just off the interstate, but far enough away that there was no traffic noise.

I like the new and beautiful shower! So spacious, so modern design looking, so clean. Everything was Excellent! Comfy bed, large room, great white linen, modern furniture, great view Delicious breakfast (juice, hot and cold cereals, egg and saucisse, yogurt, bread, bagel, and cake, milk, coffee and tea)

Could not know how many points I will have got with the reward program. Best western tell you : You will get 500 points for tonight stay Of course it did not apply because I reserved with booking.com but still, I could have been happy to know🙆‍♀️

I wish I could give more than a 10. This was the cleanest facility I have ever stayed in. Everything was so clean and neat The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was awesome. Would highly recommend staying here and will always stay here when in El Reno. One of the best experiences we have ever had when traveling.

Not a whole lot.

I wasn’t impressed with the breakfast. They didn’t have any cold or any water at all. They told me I could go to the exercise room to get water. I’m not a coffee drinker or juice drinker.

I like fairfield

Booking giving me my discount as I had a problem signing in. Fairfield was willing to give us the senior discount but couldn’t because I had gone through booking

Room was spacious and clean. Hotel was in a good location with easy access to the freeway. Breakfast was good with a lot of variety. Staff was friendly and polite.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the room, it’s location near metro area, the above average quality of the breakfast and most of all the friendliness and customer service orientation of all the staff. The value of the room price compared to closer into town. Excellent location next to amenities and very quiet rooms The pool is of a destination resort quality.

There’s not much really. Check out is 11 which I always find a little early but the staff had no problem with the later departure as I packed up.
