My family liked it. I never went down for breakfast.

I did not like the little lip going from the room to the bathroom in a wheelchair. Also I was not able to shut the door in the bathroom in a wheelchair. The bathroom was not made very functional for a wheelchair. The toilet was not in a good spot. The elevator was not working on the floor we were staying on Saturday. You could go from the 2nd floor to the first floor. But going up the elevator would not stop at the 2 nd floor therefore I could not get out of my room after we came in about 3:00. My family did not want to leave me in the room. I am in a wheelchair so therefore could not walk down the stairs from the 3rd floor to the 2nd floor. We left the next morning and the elevator was fixed.

Loved the proximity right off the interstate --could not hear any road noise. Wonderful breakfast area and I was so happy to see that hotel offered pour pitcher of half and half for the coffee and not powedered creamer or the annoying little packs. Friendly staff. Great walkability to Carter's Sports Bar for dinner. We had a King Suite with a fabulous bed Beautyrest Recharge. I thought the hotel had been recently remodeled. However, according to the front desk, not the case. This is a testatment to a great staff.

There wasn't anything unsatisfactory.

Quiet, staff was great! Ms. Tena & Gabbie were awesome! Basically everyone was great...I just didn't get everyone's name. The rooms could use alil touch up on maintenance side, but for the most part, no complaints. The pool and hot tub were AMAZING 😍. Beds and pillows were comfy... Shower head was wonderful Definitely would come back!

Just lil small things, but I'm OCD, so I will notice every little detail. Overall if it was something major I would have told them, if it wasn't I just fixed myself or just looked past it.

Amazing rate for a great clean room. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom was nice and clean. had a great sectional and plenty of space. Even had free internet tv with showtime app free. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I ever had. The front desk worker was also amazing and super friendly and helpful.

The pool and hot tub was closed for maintenance.

This is always my favorite and only preference of places in Ardmore, Oklahoma to stay!! I have a favorite floor and excellent room ready for my stay. Staff are very friendly and helpful to accommodate anyone who stays.

As always I do not look forward to Checking Out, this is like home to me. Wishing each stay could be longer

It was clean and well maintained by staff. Our room was the perfect size for our family. Breakfast was as expected and readily available with no shortage of food for all.

The internet service (wifi) had gone out to do an AC outage in their network systems room. It was resolved quickly, but was the only drawback as they had apps on the tv’s that you could not access without the wifi.

pool and hot tub smelled like it had too much chlorine in the water. chlorine fumes made our eyes burn and made the water look too cloudy.

I never tried the breakfast.

Rooms 202-206 were directly above the 1st floor pool. It was very noisy till 10pm in the room. The same kids screamed every afternoon and night for hours. Additionally, I had neighbors with a dog that barked for hours at night. Suggest creating 'dog only' rooms at the end on 1st floor.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Bright lobby to hang out with family. Good breakfast selection. Nice spacious rooms. Very clean hotel.

Some of the remote parking was not under camera surveillance. Had a scratch on my car from the lot.

Very nice and comfy. Front receptionist was extremely nice and helpful.

Kinda felt rushed to check out. Housekeeping knocked the first time and I let them know we were still in our room. Second time they didn't even knock and tried to come in but I had the lock on. Both times happened between 11 and 12. Check out was 12. We left about 1145ish.
