Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dayton South - I-675, an IHG Hotel

I like the properties location of everything and it was near my nieces house not far from where the funeral all the stores for shopping the shower hot water was beautiful food the staff in the morning breakfast are beautiful people very nice helpful very very accommodating always trying to help and was always apologizing. If something was not there I’ll give them a 100 because they were just perfect people there that day!!! Thank you for that !!!! 🏆🤩

 I did not like the low toilets they are too low to the ground. The beds are very hard. The mattresses are worn out really bad especially the ones that are near the televisions. They need to be replaced because I did not rest and I was not happy about that part I could not rest on that hard because it was like mattress and cut it in concrete And please they need to have higher sitting toilets, but everything else was nice but that’s the main thing. The showers was beautiful but the beds the toilet was terrible and it made me want my money back because I did not expect not to be able to rest, because the bed was so hard.

The staff was exceptional from check in to check out... Breakfast selections were wonderful and attended to.... Cleaning staff did an amazing job and they, too, were friendly. Loved that the room was located close to ice/beverages and that the water pressure was very good and that the air conditioner worked so well!!

The location was about 15 minutes from the function we attended, so that was great. Staff was friendly. Certainly enjoyed the fruit juices for breakfast that were sweetened with stevia. It was easy to get on the interstate from the hotel.

The breakfast left us a bit disappointed (except for the fruit juices sweetened with stevia). There was a "blob" of something inside the supposed omellette that was pretty unrecognizable. We didn't starve...we just weren't impressed. We didn't necessarily like the fact that you had to sign in for pool use or that the # of people was limited. Several slots were the same family and they were large families.

I have never had a problem connecting to Wifi until now. one of the Tv in the room did not work the whole stay and no compensation was offered.

The staff was great. They were helpful, friendly, personable. Breakfast was good and lots of variety. The rooms were comfortable and clean

The swimming pool a bit to warm. Couldn't cool off from the hot tub because the swim pool wasn't cool.

Super clean, modern, cute!

There was one rude staff member. She was a smart, Alec, spoke so fast that you couldn’t understand them and wasn’t very personable. Made us feel dumb. But everyone else was fantastic!

I liked the location and staff was really nice

although u cld tell it wasn’t clean too well because there was dust etc on lots of things and crumbs under the pull out couch. The only other thing that drove me nuts was that some was smoking weed and it smelled so awful in the whole hallway and into our room. I know the hotel dosent have control of that and idc if people do that in their private homes etc but my kids were with me and it even smelled some into our room. We went outside to get I. The car with my mom and she even smelled it.

Location off of 675.

No one was at the front desk multiple times. Two HI Express properties are listed right off I675 which caused confusion. My friends stayed at the other property which was disappointing.

Excellent location and close proximity to things , very clean free parking on site accommodating staff and excellent continental breakfast!

No complaints!

The hot breakfast in the morning was a great start to a long day. I will they had more coffee creamer but it was good.
