Best Western Plus Boardman Inn & Suites

The location is excellent! Right next to all shopping and restaurants. Our room was clean and comfortable, and they stock the pharmacopia line of toiletries, which are quite nice. The breakfast was great as well. We didn't use the pool, but we saw a group of kids leaving it who looked like they had a great time. Overall, we loved it and would definitely stay here again!

We wished there were USB jacks in the room. We had to hunt down wall blocks to charge our devices.

The place was easy to find and get to, right off the freeway. The room was clean had plenty of space. The bathroom was clean and modern, and the shower was amazing with a high-end detachable showerhead. The breakfast was much better than the standard hotel breakfast. It tasted like the sort of food you'd get at a restaurant, not the cheap, over-processed junk that most hotels serve. The selection was great, they even had a waffle maker to make fresh waffles

I can't really say anything bad about this place, the only complaint I have is that the pool was kind of small and the water was cold

Friendly staff, nice arrangements, and variety of breakfast items. Liked having frig, microwave, and Kuerig coffee maker in the room. Great location...off a major main road that had plenty of places to eat and shops. Didn't use pool but it looked inviting. Clean room, small but nice sitting areas in the lobby, grouds were clean and maintained. Will stay again. Great lighting in the room.

The one and only computer in the business center didn't work if after assistance from the front desk.

The shower was very very nice. Breakfast was well stocked and easy to access. Bed and pillows were extremely comfy. Staff was friendly and understanding when we were late to check out. Room was very nice and clean as well as fully stocked with towels ect.. I also liked the fridge and microwave. The citrus scented toiletries were superb. In room temperature control was amazing and worked well.

Incorrect hours for pool usage. toilet paper was extremely sub par.

The property was very nice, the area was nice and it served the purpose as we live 2 miles away but our electricity was out and we needed a safe warm place to sleep and use our CPAP machines.

We didn't get to enjoy the breakfast. They could extend those hours a bit longer, 10 is early when you check in late and exhausted. Also, I used the laundry facility and that could have used a good cleaning. The lint trap in the dryer was so packed I almost couldn't get the screen out.

The property was very clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was good and the pool was nice.

The blankets were very thin, we called to ask for more blankets and were told there were no extra blankets available because they were full. The walls are definitely thin, and you can hear people talking in the room next to you.

The rooms were excellent...roomy, clean, comfortable and very accommodating!! The outside was exceptionally presentable and the lady we seen every morning was extremely nice! Breakfast was great, considering the Covid concerns.

Actually, I can't pick apart anything that I thought could be better. No complaints

Situated in a quiet street with other small hotels, away from traffic. Close to shopping areas and restuarants, in a good area.

The breakfast was good, but they needed a variety, Maybe one day some bacon, another day, bisquits and gravy, scrambled eggs and hash browns, etc...

The staff was very friendly and made us feel very welcome.

Only one person on duty would respond to issues leaving the maindesk unmanned. They weren’t gone for extended periods so it wasn’t a major problem.

The location of the hotel was great it was centrally located to everything and right down the road from where I was working. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and great. The breakfast was great there plenty of options.
