Hampton Inn By Hilton North Olmsted Cleveland Airport

Being on the first floor, breakfast was good and overall it’s a very nice location. We like our stay in the Hampton Inns as that is our # 1 choice of hotels!

The cleanliness of the room could have been better, we found a crushed can underneath the bed, the bathroom shower was leaking, the shower fixtures were loose and some mold was observed around the bathtub! We always stay in the Hampton Inn chain hotels and we’re quite shocked to see; since we are used to Hampton Inna being the cleanest and well maintained hotels.

Too expensive! We came for a class reunion but the Cuyahoga county tax is excessive and we probably will not come back to visit family or gather with friends in North Olmsted because $200 a night is more than we feel is necessary to stay in a hotel these days. The breakfast was nothing spectacular. The coffee was good and the sausage was good but hard boiled eggs and gloppy oatmeal with raisins and French bread sticks I’m not enough protein or appealing to call it breakfast.

The facility is updated and decorated nicely. I really like the walk-in shower option and bathroom space. The bedroom area space was well proportioned for sleeping and luggage spacing.

The pillows were not supportive and very flat - bring your own! The eggs at breakfast were still half frozen, but that was the first time I'd ever experienced that. It would be nice if the room fridges had a freezer section so I could refreeze our cooler ice packs before heading back home.

We love Kristina at the front desk. She was very informative and sociable. Area restaurants were great and the mom and pop restaurants were awesome!!! Especially, Cannarys family restaurant.

Its not really nothing bad but, I would like for them to have more of a variety for breakfast. Maybe hashbrowns/home fries, biscuits n gravy, maybe bacon or ham. In other words, not everyone wants sausage and eggs every morning especially if you don't care for either one.

Pool was a nice size and was open early and late. The kids loved it. The room was spacious and clean. We loved that the bathroom had refillable containers of shampoo, etc. It's more environmentally friendly and there is also enough for those of us travelling with several long-haired girls!

The location was great and the hotel was very clean

The chair in the room was broken and my dad ended up falling when he sat down in it. But, we told the staff and they fixed it right away. There was also no lock on the bathroom door (it’s just a sliding barn door) so be aware if you end up sharing a room with someone.

The room was spotlessly clean. Loved the refrigerator. Also, thanks for the higher toilet and the grab bar in the shower. Since I'm older these little things are important. The warm breakfast was back as was yogurt, cereal, sweets. Thanks so much missed those things at our stay in April. Glad the pool was open-you had to schedule a time but it was available.

There were some staff members not wearing masks. Did appreciate those who did wear them.

Very clean rooms great staff from front desk to housekeeping to the guy watering plants in morning on super hot/humid sept day

Hi speed internet cost 4 bucks per day and kind of need to be a techie to get logged in

The hotel staff made our stay the best! They went above and beyond and treated us like we were so special!!! My son wanted to rate them 100 out of ten! The room was perfect, clean, spacious for my son and I, the bed was huge, soft, and the pillows were, too! The snack bar had a great variety of what we wanted, and we were even able to hook up his Xbox tot he TV! It was all around perfect!!!!

Everything was AMAZING! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful! Booking.com needs to update their information bc some amenities aren't available yet die to covid-19, but unfortunately that isn't what it says when u book through that app, but the hotel made sure we were well taken care of and REALLY took amazing care of us. The hotel was great, the booking app just needs to be updated so people don't think they are going somewhere for certain things that aren't really available.

The location of the hotel is 15 min away to the downtown. There are a lot of options for dining and shopping just in 5 min drive to the hotel. The staff was so helpful and kind, Jesse was so helpful. The breakfast is good enough.
