Super 8 by Wyndham Mentor/Cleveland Area

location, value, all were excellent. I did not expect much because of the rating, as well as the cheap cost. when we got in, it was very close to so many places to eat, entertainment, shopping, couldn’t be beat. room was clean, and had all the amenities I needed, keeping in mind this isn’t a 4/5 star hotel. what it is, is a very comfortable, inexpensive, clean room that gets you close to everything you want. very happy with my stay.

there is construction going on nearby, so, early on one day, there was a great deal of noise for an hour. beyond the hotels control, and it won’t be there forever. that, and I extended my 2 day stay to 7 days, and that was an issue only 1 morning. oh, the breakfast is a roll and coffee. ( juice too?) again, not expecting a huge spread for this price.

Great location. Convenient for highway and food sources, but quiet. Night clerk was very helpful and friendly about switching rooms because the first room smelled smokey. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Excellent value for money when traveling with a dog.

Breakfast was very limited.

We did not have reservations, we booked 3 rooms at another location and they informed us while pulling in the driveway of the competitor are rooms were unavailable. Super 8 was more than accommodating in our panic mode. Within 30 minutes our arrival they had all 3 rooms we requested.

Nice accomodation that was booked at a moments notice due to issues at our first choice. Was not dissapointed as a budget hotel. Perfect location for visiting Cleveland

Beds and pillows could have been better. It's a long time since we've actually stayed anywhere that still uses blankets.

The facility and rooms were good.The staff was supportive.

There is no water provided for guests as compliment. The free breakfast should rotate on daily basis.

The breakfast was minimal…. Not much was offered. Just sweet roll, coffee, juice and oatmeal. No milk, no creamer.

The breakfast. Also there was still a dirty towel in the bathroom behind the door when we arrived and food bits on the floor.

Only thing was the stains on the sheets of one bed Though they was washed I just feel like they still shouldn't been put on a guests bed.

The ability to open windows. Vending machines. 24 hr check in. Location. Pillows and safe for cash. Ironing board, closet hanging space.

More bathroom towels would be great. Better breakfast options. Blankets for bed.

It's centrally located and near the highway which made it easier to get where we needed. Staff was wonderful and assisted us with whatever we needed.

I like the veterans parking spot but wish they issued a special card for proof of service because I believe most of the vehicles parking there were not vets @ all. Show vet card and get a temp parking permit. Simple
