Red Roof Inn Columbus - Grove City

It was quiet, staff was friendly, check in and out was quick. Everything that was needed for our stay, microwave, refrigerator, blow dryer, iron we're all in room and functioning.

The blankets were flipped downside and had old dried blood stains.

They need a groundsman. I know they can’t really police customers leaving dog crap EVERYWHERE, but there was trash, too. I tried to add another night, but was surprised the female on duty turned me away cuz she didn’t KNOW how to take a reservation. Huh?!

Other then getting stuck in the parking lot & no help & they said, that they didn't have a shovel that we could use!!! But since we were having a ice winter storm & there were no housekeepers for us, the whole 3 days we stayed, we were at least in out of the weather & warm!! We had a great room & clean!! Great service also when we got checked in!!

it was the cleanest and best kept Red Roof Inn I’ve stayed at.

The room coffee pot didn’t work but they had good coffee in the lobby, which is rare at Red Roof’s. when I mentioned it at check out they said they would get it replaced immediately and I think they will.

It was a good value for the room.

In the main area there was no tea offered, only coffee. There were cups with no lids offered, later searching for lids that were too big. No napkins was set out……. Small changes that still show consideration and preparation.

had a longer than normal check in but there was at least 2 events going on that i knew of the young man working the desk could of had some extra help but he handled it like a champ

Clean room

No one at front desk when I needed to check out at 5am. Also booked this room in advance when I got there only 2 rooms available, handicapped and second floor. Needed first floor but would have preferred a tub.

Didn't like I wasn't aware noon was late checkout that had to be asked for.. it says check out 12 on website but 1115 had housekeeping BEATING on door. Turned in key at 1130 because of then email says I didn't check out til 330..hope I'm not charged for this

The hotel was full and all evening and during the next Day there was kids running up and down the outside walkway and screaming and running up to our door knocking on it and then running away all hours off the night! Super disrespectful.

Everything is close to it, restaurants, Walmart, the place is clean, quiet at night time, good price, comfy beds for the price you pay is a bargain. They have a White Castle right in front of it. Just Perfect.

You better bring your keys the next morning to get activated before you leave if you stay more than one night. And ask for more cofeee 😂😂😂😂
