front desk staff very nice! young guy from Malvern very nice and lady with dark hair in morning was too Bed was very comfortable

no instructions on shower fixture in room and is unusual type. hairdryer in room didn’t work dirty wash cloth hanging on shower curtain rod when I got in tub this morning-yuck! walls very shabby around sink and in bathroom . public areas HOT

The staff was very pleasant and the breakfast was very good as well. The beds were nice along with the lighting of the room.

I didn't like the leaking ice maker or the water damage to the different rooms i was placed in and the parking lot was full of pot holes,Can you please give us more soap to shower with.

I am a retired airline pilot and have stayed in over 2500 rooms over my lifetime and at this hotel I went to the front desk during checkout and complained about the shower not working. She picked up a sample faucet and showed me how it worked. I have never seen a spicket where you pull down on it to start the shower. Also, the A/C unit sounded like a jet engine every time it started. Otherwise the room and hotel are great with an adequate breakfast. I would stay there again but make sure the A/C unit was not loud.........

The rooms were big, there was a partition between the beds allowing for some privacy. The kitchenette had a small table w/chairs and good counter space. The breakfast in the morning was very good.

Neighborhood made me a little uncomfortable.

The shower curtain does not keep all of the water from the shower in the shower. the base of the shower needs to extend from wall to wall. The parking lot, all the way around the hotel, needs to be resurfaced. There are pot holes, and then there are craters that the local geese were swimming in with their children.

I'm a travel nurse, late evening check in the night of a snowstorm. Check in staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Hotel is a bit dated but staff had explained that they were going to be doing a big remodel, becoming a Wyndham property. Room was clean and ample. So glad I booked this location last minute and not the higher end competitor. I will stay here again if needed without hesitation!

Ice machine wasn't working and outdated but not really a big deal for me on this stay.

The folks at the check in desk were so helpful and professional; they wanted to do a good job. I also liked how close it was to Tom Benson Stadium. One last thing, the bed was so comfortable; slept very soundly.

The shower adjustment handle needs to be tightened so the temperature matches where the arrow is pointing for hot-cold temperature.

needed to salt walkways , was a little slick and had some finger nail clippings right beside night stand on floor by bed , maybe cleaners didn’t sweep carpet?? but over all place is nice !!

Spa tub

Everything was nice and clean, I really like the home feeling you get with a small living room area...it gives you a home vibe so your not just laying in the bed. The small dining table is a plus!!

The facility is under renovation, but it still served my purposes. I've stayed here multiple times and will continue to come back because the hotel staff cares about it's customers.

I'm ready for the renovations to be completed.
