Holiday Inn Express & Suites Cambridge, an IHG Hotel

I was beyond impressed at the cleanliness of the hotel & the pool. Great hours for the pool and breakfast! The breakfast itself was the only thing that left a little to desire. It’s lent. All the eggs had meat in them and meat was already served on the side. Please take that into consideration for those of us trying to abstain. Also, I am gluten-free, there were not a lot of options other than oatmeal/fruit/yogurt. Please consider some gluten free cereals (Chex, cheerios) or bagels. The room was incredibly comfortable!!! The beds and size of the room gave us enough space to relax and enjoy the space.

The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic!! I was very happy to see a hot breakfast being served. So many hotels have gone to bag breakfast or continental breakfast since covid and charge ridiculous rates. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through Cambridge, Ohio!

Maybe better signage so people can see where to turn in.

The room was great: clean and plenty of furniture for our group to spread out. The bedding and pillows were clean and free from odors. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The walls are well insulated so you don't hear hear outside traffic or inside occupants. Breakfast had nice variety including some hot items.

We were a group of five and there were only two Queen beds in the room. Usually there is a pull-out bed in the couch to accommodate the extra guest. But they provided extra bedding upon request and one of us slept on the couch.

the best breakfast and the staff ladies were friendley ,courteous all staff was the best ive seen in 50 years of traveling on vacation.The room we were in was 6 stars 5 being exceptional.never stayed in room like this in my life .thanks we will stay at this hotel were ever we travel in future. are there memberships or discounts in future?

The receptionists were extremely helpful. I booked on line use the browser. MISTAKE! The reservation was HIGHJACKED by Booking.com and I ended up with two rooms. She could see that I was tired and frustrated at the revelation of two rooms. She called Booking.com and canceled the second room.

Nothing.

Friendly staff, real coffee(not typical hotel coffee), room was very comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional!

The sign at the driveway was too small. Hard to see. Also, no sign at the exit ramp on Interstate 70.

Very clean and the bed was comfortable

We were on the second floor and all night we heard the people above us walking around even tried to sleep in and couldn’t due to hearing the noise

Just to ensure that I would not be charged I called the front desk to report that 1 of the remote controls was missing. 10-15 minutes had passed and the knock at the door was the hotel staff delivering another remote. This exceeded my expectations because I didn’t ask or discussed getting a replacement. Thank you!

The breakfast that was provided was great. There was a variety of options to choose from. The food was warm. The food was presented well and easily assessible.

The breakfast was excellent and we met some of the staff and management .They were off duty and we found them to be both helpful and friendly .

We had to pay a$10 incidental fee and wS told it would be refunded.Our room was left in exceptional condition, but to our knowledge it was never refunded to our card
