Location was perfect for the business and personal that I was conducting. The staff was wonderful about anything that was needed. Room was clean and bed was comfortable! I have stayed here before and will again.

Breakfast was a little limited, no bagels (it is Cincinnati!!). No butter on many days. Cable on TV in room worked for 1/4 of my stay and never worked again, maintenance person never came as scheduled. not important to my stay but still and unresolved issue. Staff at front desk was very helpful about it.

Everything was great. Breakfast was delicious both days, nice and clean.

The lighting was very bad. The light above the bathroom sink was broke. We asked for it to be fixed, pretty sure it just needed new lightbulbs, it never got looked at. We couldn't see to do our hair, brush teeth, or anything that we needed the mirror for. Also, the lighting wasn't good enough in the main room to use instead of the bathroom.

The room was very clean and modern and very nice. A little on the small side but otherwise very nice

The breakfast bar I think could’ve been more inclusive and offer more options. We were disappointed in the offerings at this hotel compared to some other hotels that we have stayed at. We actually ate breakfast out which was disappointing because for the price we paid I would like to have had that free meal

Breakfast was good. Would have appreciated non-dairy creamer, and a better coffee.

The bathroom door does not lock, and I ended up slamming my finger in the door

That we bought our own garbage bags and when asking the staff could you disposed of it she was very nice. And at breakfast the young man who cooked the delicious breakfast was very helpful and nice.I thanked him for his breakfast.

That my room was not refreshed the whole time of my stay. Even when we step out of the room noone returned to straightened up the room and the cleaning staff was just a couple of doors down .

Bed was nice and bathroom big with a spa shower. Nicer than having a tub with a shower curtain. The gym was big with lots of things to use and they had tvs mounted on the wall (my son used the gym).

Night person was really helpful but day time person was not as helpful when needing clean towels.

I stayed 2 nights. There was no maid service within that time even to collect the trash.

If the water leaks out of the shower it's very slippery. The final morning I didn't realize the water leaked an I slipped as did my friend b/c it leaked out into the room on the floor and she woke up and slipped. Keep that in mind or put a sign up to keep the shower curtain inside the shower-- it can blow out of the tub.
