We enjoyed our stay at the Berlin Grande Hotel last week. Everything we needed was found with this stay. The price for the room was comparable with most hotels in the area, the room was huge, the temperature was according to our comfort, the room was spotlessly clean and fresh, the hotel is located very close to all the stores and restaurants we enjoy going to and the staff were wonderful! I would be happy to recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

There wasn't anything that we disliked.

The grounds are beautiful, breakfast was wonderful and the staff was helpful.

I didn’t like seeing people in the parking lot smoking because there is no designated area for them to smoke. I don’t judge but having something to smash your butts out at the entrance is kind of silly while others are walking in and out that don’t smoke. I walked back in through a cloud of smoke but they had no where to go

The hotel was beautiful, classy, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The room was very spacious, the beds were exceptionally comfortable and the balcony was perfect for watching the sun rise. I liked that there was a breakfast bar, kitchen sink, microwave and fridge as part of the kitchen. Perfect for late night snacking on pie and cheese. There was a good selection for breakfast and the staff were very pleasant. Also, the location in Berlin was perfect. I could go on and on, but you need to experience it for yourself, you will not be disappointed.

The rooms were cozy and very nice had a balcony. And there was places to sit on the outside with little fires! Everything was easily accessible and that was also a plus.

The TVs were pretty small for the size of the rooms. I mean not much I really didn’t not like just a few preferences that would have been nice to have. My Roku wouldn’t hook up to the tv and allow me to stream my services.

easy location, outdoor seating with fireplaces, indoor pool with hot tub. balcony with a view. room was nice and big.

I didn’t like they charged additional $100 fee when checking in, yes you get it back. If room was already paid for before, it should be smaller amount or nothing at all. Our window leaked while raining so made loud dripping noise. there wasn’t a screen door, If you choose to have your balcony door open wasn’t safe.

Beautiful facility. Friendly staff at check-in. Room was spacious and exceptionally clean. Room balcony and outside patio were nice in the evening. Very good breakfast with multiple choices. Great location.

Actually charged my credit card in case of incidentals. Many places will put a hold on the card. They ran a $100 charge which posted on my credit card. That was a first.

We didn’t eat the breakfast. Looked like cold French toast and some fruit and eggs. Loved the courtyard. Wanted to use the lower deck area but an entire family was having a gathering there. Very clean and friendly starf

We didn’t have a balcony! I think our room is one of the only ones in the property without one so that was disappointing as we love to sit outside and relax

Loved the spacious room & the kitchenette. The bed was comfortable. The balcony was a nice choice.

The uncomfortable chair. I had seen a photo posted in pictures sent when we were confirmed in our King room. I assumed we would have a couch or the ottoman with the chair when it said view. Not a big deal. Could hear voices from next door rooms & the floor up above sounded like they were coming through the ceiling.

We love the breakfast offerings--great variety! The hot foods were hot and tasty and the cold foods were perfect as well. This hotel is very nicely decorated and has several commons areas where you can read, visit, and even play board games! Great family accommodations or for a quiet weekend away with your spouse!

There's really nothing not to like!

Nice large room. Convenient little kitchenette area with lots of room. Very clean and fresh smelling. Beds were really comfortable. Great views outside!

The TV was way too small as it's quite a way from the bed. Couldn't make out the channels/ show titles from the bed. Also, I wish we could turn off the balcony light as we couldn't block out the light from the room.
