the staff was very pleasant

The pool was closed and there wasn’t a mention on the website about this. We also stayed 5 nights which seemed a long time not to get the pool fixed. I was told the maintenance man wasn’t coming until Thursday. We left on Sunday and it was still closed. I think a pool company should have been called to fix this for the guests, especially since it is June/July. We usually stay at another hotel in the area and the pool was closed and stayed here because it said the pool was open on the booking.com site. Also, the rooms are a great size, but the bathrooms are REALLY small which was odd.

It's in a good location near all the stores, restaurants ect . Even mins from the nearest hospital. The rooms are spacious. The staff was friendly and kind. They were kind enough to switch us to another room after my 1st night do to a really bad odor. And made the transfer easy by putting us in the room next to us.

I wish they offered discounts for those that need to stay longer (ex: home insurance for those who lost their home and need temporary housing till they can find/get a new home.... or just a discount for those who stay longer than a month..also make sure customers are aware of induction cooktops availability at the front desk.

The staff was very friendly, helpful as I was going through a difficult situation. My family and I lost our house to do the water pipes that burst and destroyed the entire house with water n mold exposure. Thankfully some of the ladies knew information about how to work with insurance companies. I would recommend Home 2 Suites 😊

The only thing I would recommend is having a laundry app that you can use to pay for the laundry verses having to get change.. And offer instant oatmeal different flavor packets. Those are the only things I would change to give customers more options to choose from.

I loved the fact that there was a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and dishwasher in the room. it was also very spacious. I, also, thought that the “breakfast” offerings were fine. My grandson loved being able to make his own waffle and toast his own bagel.

I didn’t like the fact that the pool was closed due to a broken pipe. I had promised my grandkids they’d be able to swim and they were very disappointed. I, also, tried to call the front desk twice and got no response.

Breakfast bar looked weak. Only one fruit and it didn’t appear ripened

I did kill a bug walking across my room floor- it may have been a roach, the overhead neighbors sounded like a bowling ally and were heavy noticeable walkers at late hours- I know u couldn’t really help that. The breakfast bar really was quite lame, but all in all, the room was very nice, spacious and clean. Bed was very comfy. Staff was super pleasant

The rooms were like small apartments and not your typical small hotel room. It had a full fridge and kitchen area including a dish washer. The beds were super soft. I was very surprised and impressed! The breakfast was also delicious.

Unfortunately the pool was closed. However as a single mom of two tired children I was completely okay with that. We did have a walk in shower and not a tub. I’m not sure if all rooms have walk in showers or not but my toddler is scared of showers.

It was easy to find. Check in was a breeze. I asked about Asian restaurants in the area. The gentleman looked up the restaurant on his phone, he could have easily just told me it's in the parking lot, I greatly appreciated him going this extra mile for me. The room is huge. Full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and small coffee pot. The bed was very comfortable and clean. Tons of pillows. The window has a blackout blind on it. I saw the signs for the pool and gym, but didn't go to either. I didn't have time for them. I had no idea this hotel is pet friendly. You would never know that it is. There was absolutely no dog or cat smell anywhere. The breakfast had an assortment of foods. Waffles, hard boiled eggs, bagels,toast, cereal, breakfast sandwiches, muffins, juices and coffee. There is a gas station right next to the hotel. It has a Dairy Queen in it. There is also a night club in the same area.

I have no complaints.

They provide free breakfast. They have areas where you can sit and relax both inside the hotel and outside the hotel. The pool was clean, with towels by the pool for you to use, so you dont have to worry about bringing a towel down. The check-in service was quick and easy. And the staff was great.

From the second we walked in we were extremely pleased! I’ve been a GM, so I automatically can tell if a room is clean or not. I was very happy to see how clean the room was. I did my old GM inspection routine and I must say this housekeeping staff should be applauded! The countless hotels we’ve stayed in over the past year this one by far was top of the list! I honestly believe this is my first good review where everything was perfect! We really appreciate the attention to detail the staff has shown because it definitely did not go unnoticed.
