Easy check in, clean room, friendly staff.

The hot tub was a lukewarm tub.

The pool was nice. I think the hot tub area looked dirty.

The last night of our vacation and day of check out the entire hallway inside the hotel smelled of Marijuana. I reported it to the front desk Saturday Night. She was going to report to manager. Sunday by check out time the smell made its way in our room where my 2 small children were and I along with my 4 year old got sick because of getting a contact buzz from the Marijuana smoke. I reported it again at checkout. She apologized but in my opinion 250 dollar smoking fee doesn't cover my 4 year old getting sick and myself.

Breakfast gave different options, and had plenty to serve everyone. The eating area was clean. The room was clean, no off putting cleaning solution smells, and beds were comfortable. The location was easy assessable off the road. The room served it’s purpose, a place to sleep and shower.

Having a pair of women’s bikini underwear hanging on a limb outside the window. The Mimi fridge was unstable and had no ice box. The bathroom sink was small, no counter space. The TV was small.

The cleanliness of the room was excellent. The staff were friendly and very engaging. The bathrooms were great and very clean. It was definitely worth our stay, The hot tub was a nice bonus. We will definitely consider this on our next trip to the mountains.

The only minor complaint I have is the bed was not as comfortable as I would have liked. It was a little on the hard side. Other than that, the stay was a great experience.

The pool and spa were wonderful and great in size. Perfect location in Maggie valley and staff was very helpful and attentive. I appreciated them accommodating my request for lower ground room with my husband being disabled

The Queen size bed was small, looked and felt like a full size. Did not have hot breakfast items except make your own waffles Maids came in to Clean without permission with us only being there less then 12 hours and we were uncomfortable with that because we were not present when they were in our room with our belongings in there

Everyone at the front desk was very personable and nice. The cleaning lady Rosa was very pleasant. The waffle maker was awesome.

The fan in our ac in the room didn’t go on high. The bathtub was not cleaned when we arrived. Our deadbolt didn’t lock in our room. Rooms could stand to be updated.

The lady at the front desk (Crystal) was great helping me. When we arrived, we had a flat tire she pulled up information on tow trucks and tire repair shops for me. then she pulled information on attraction and places for us to eat. I believe, if it Hadden been for her our trip would have, trunned out bad.

When we arrived, check in was a breeze. We went to our room and the a/c was not working. Crystal quickly checked it out and put us in the next room. Breakfast was good. Most staff was excellent...there was one lady with a child, behind the desk, who was not very helpful or friendly, but all others were exceptional.

The staff were all extremely friendly, kind, and helpful. They all went out of their way to see that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The room was clean, nicely decorated, and the beds were comfortable. The location is wonderful.

The walls are thin and we could hear muffled talking next door, and could hear their tv when it was on. I am a light sleeper and could hear one of them snoring in the night, but it didn't bother my heavier sleeping family members. I would still recommend the place and would stay there again (with earplugs for sleeping).

Front desk lady, Crystal, was warm and welcoming. Room was very clean, with comfortable bed (king suite). Room was spacious. Breakfast was very adequate . Pool area was clean; the pool was warm, and had plenty of clean towels . We love Maggie Valley; the area is clean, quiet, and welcoming.
