Wyndham Garden Greensboro

The whole experience was great. It was an unexpected expense...we had a tree fall on our property and lost power for a few days. So, when we found the online deal for your hotel, we were so relieved! And every part of our stay was excellent - from the staff, to the room - spacious, clean, comfortable beds, to the price...you guys turned our terrible situation completely around..I could actually relax..thank you so much! A special thanks to Marzi - and I am so sorry if I'm misspelling/mispronouncing his name. Not that everyone wasn't great, but he went above and beyond..and really made us almost forget what was going on at home!

Nothing I can think of..was all great

We were able to check in earlier than 3 pm. Beds were comfortable and lots of pillows. Room was a good size. Liked that it was not carpeted. Close to restaurants, stores and the Greensboro Science Center which was the reason for the mini vacation.

As nice as the small bathroom was, it needed towel racks and an exhaust fan. Air conditioner unit very loud. Remodeling was in progress in the corridor needed to get to our room. You could feel the broken up flooring under the carpet which may have caused problems for anyone using a walker. Hope nobody wanted to use the pool since that is still a work in progress. Buffet breakfast was a big disappointment. Grits were soupy, not sure which sausage was pork or turkey as the signs were placed differently the next day. No variety for bagels and pastries were scarce.

The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom had been updated. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was in close proximity to the Greensboro Coliseum which was important as we were in town for the ACC Tournament. Good shopping and dining was located close to the hotel as well.

Breakfast was just your basic breakfast although it did include eggs, sausage and hash browns. However, I'm not a big breakfast person so this was not a problem for me. The coffee was good and that is really all that matters to me.

Wyndham Garden Hotel was so beautiful from the Lions posted on either side of the front entrance which had a gorgeous chandelier, which was repeated down lushly carpeted hallways. Our suite was large and well appointed with a desk and office chair. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Everything was immaculate. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Breakfast room was spacious with a delicious hot buffet breakfast. Real scrambled eggs in those big lift up steel warmers, sausages, fried potatoes, French toast, fruit, juice and cold selections. Loved that it was complimentary with our room cost. Value was tremendous for the price! Pool was being repaired. Wish it wasn't raining or we would have eaten on the lovely outside patio off Terrace Room. Definitely recommend staying here!

We travel a good number of times from Florida to tri-state. It’s approx. a 20 hr drive and we look for a place to stay over night to do the trip in 2 days. Many times we happen to stay in subpar accommodation but I was delighted to see that this hotel was exceptional. The place was clean, staff was friendly, gave a very nice FULL breakfast and the price was perfect. Even better, it was pet friendly.

I was perfect for what we needed

This hotel is amazing!!! As soon as you step foot inside everything is beautiful!! The hotel was clean and the rooms are nice and clean also. The complimentary breakfast was good and plentiful. The hotel also has a restaurant connected to it. The food at that restaurant was some of the BEST FOOD that I have had in a long time! And on Friday and Saturday nights, I think they have a DJ! ☺️ Everytime I'm in that area this will definitely be where I stay!

The only thing that I wasn't extremely happy about was the beds. The beds aren't as comfortable as I'd hoped they'd be. Also, we had a double bed room and one of the beds seemed like the springs were going bad. A mattress upgrade would definitely make this hotel at least a 4 star hotel! 🌟

The room was VERY CLEAN. There is no complaint at all on the cleaners. I am beyond happy with the cleanliness. The location was great and close to what I needed. The staff was VERY nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was okay... not the best at all, but it was free for me. My room temp did not go to where I would have liked it but it was okay. I am not sure how affiliated the Cooper Ale House is to the hotel but I wanted 30 minutes and no one even acknowledged me. I ended up leaving and spending my money elsewhere.

My husband enjoyed the breakfast so that's a plus.

The price we paid for the room for one night, in my opinion, was too high especially for a room w/out double beds. Nearly $200 for one night; $170 to be exact plus a $50 cleaning fee that put our total over $200. I left a souvenir in the room and didn't realize it until we got home. Called back to the establishment, gave the front desk all the info he asked for including room number. He stated, a note would be made and if anything turns up I would be contacted. It's been 5 days and we have yet to hear anything. This makes our 2nd time booking here and to say it'll be a 3rd, not sure.

I love the property it self great place to stay breakfast was delicious and the sitting area was great ! The evening clerk Eric is the BEST !!! He knows his job and quick with getting u settled in ! Need more ERIC’S

I didn’t like the fact that it’s a SMOKE FREE FACILITY and all I could smell was marijuana coming thru the walls and down the hall ! Was waken up from that smell of it !! Also the housekeeping crew NONE HAD MASK ON ! I was bothered 😕 by that !

I love the fact me traveling and finding a hotel that would accommodate me coming in early to stay from my night shift job. The lady at the front desk name Stephanie was absolutely AWESOME.!!!! She put me right in a room to stay after a LONG night shift working at the hospital again I must say SHE WAS THE BEST front desk staff I encountered.

I Was place in a room across the hall from a cleaning services room, which was noisy in the mornings from me coming in from night shift trying to sleep. However, other than that it was very clean and nice and I will be staying again in hopes in getting a room NOT across from cleaning services. 😃
