I liked my balcony room. I like the internet TV because I watch alot of You Tube. The location is great, it's beside the mall, convenient to i85, there's a waffle house and several restaurants in walking distance. The workout room has nice equiptment.. I would prefer this indoor pool over the one next door at its sister motel next door. It's more private here.

The deposit was $100. not advertised $40. The Pool is closed due to construction; that was my main reason for booking the room! there is breakfast, but nothing is free

Great Customer Service..Very Clean

I didn’t like the first time I reserved a room they didn’t tell me the hot tub wasn’t working until I had arrived..Then they asked if I wanted my money back..It was to late for all that cause all the other hotels was booked..They could have gave me some type of discount..But I decided to stay..The stay turned out to be good I was able to still get the room with the balcony but would have been wonderful if the hot tub was working..I have stayed there again since then just got a regular room..

The hotel staff were so friendly! Pet friendly and the fee wasn't ridiculous like most places. They have a big fireplace inside and outside. A bar and food which was good. The beds were so comfortable. Room was clean and didn't smell. The shower had 2 heads which I loved! The room wasn't tiny. Only thing I can think of as negative is the furniture was dated, but thats miner as long as everything else is good. Will definitely stay again!

Outdated furniture

The pool and hot tub where not open and that was one of the reason we booked this room at this hotel. My wife specifically asked me to make sure that the hotel had a pool and Hot tub which I did and once we hot settled into the room we went to take a look at the pool area and there was a sign saying area closed off. It was honestly a big inconvenience. I wish we would have been told this at the time of booking.

It was truly a blessing! After staying here we decided that when it comes to hotels we will forever choose courtyard! So friendly and kind no overzealous rules to deal with just a fun time! They gave me the room I paid for and made sure we were happy! Pet fee was refundable and no fees to park our 18 wheeler! Even gave us coupons to waffle House across the street!

no body wash in the bottle in the shower - it was empty **when I walked into the room for the first time, all the lighs were on and the tv was on; onthe tv screen it said "welcome Chris Ruhline" that is not me; I called the desk to confirm I was in the right room - and I was. No one knew why it said "welcome" to another guest who was on another floor - a little unnerving" **

Loved the comfortable bed and the size of the room.

We wanted to have a relaxing swim but there was a child jumping, shouting and splashing in the pool and the parents did not care to discipline him and so we had to leave. Not your fault! Our towels were very thin.

How the balcony has chairs an a table but I recommend cushion for the chairs to maybe spruce presentation but it was nice clean great quality from the tv as well

The shower heads were a little much they are either not sealed on right or have to much pressure coming out but the water was sprinkling out the side to where it was going in the floor but if fixed properly would be really nice

The big room with the king and whirlpool is amazing. Just off of i-85 making things very easy for travel.

When I got there Monday morning the cafe was closed all day. Was hoping to order the amazing dumpling/potstickers. It was open the following morning for breakfast and coffee.
