Not able to walk through the hotel to get to the parking deck when an event took place. as a solo female that was scary .

Very helpful staff especially Michael who helped with the elevator situation.

The elevators could not keep up with guests, and seemed run down. I don't understand why you can't use the stairs instead.

Pretty much everything was good

Breakfast for 19 dollars was a joke. No selection, bad quality. Just terrible even if it was free. For 19.99 it's just unacceptable

This location is perfect for walking directly into the center city. The views are amazing as well.

The parking.

There was one employee who was exceptional during our post-Christmas 2022 stay. I actually took a picture of his name tag but now I can't find the picture. He was African, though I don't remember which country, middle-aged...and the definition of the BEST customer service. As we were leaving the hotel this gentleman stepped up to help us with our luggage. We were parked in the garage which is quite a distance throughout the hotel, but he didn't mind at all. He was so friendly and helpful even when we discovered that our car keys were left in the room, he waited patiently while my daughter ran back to the room to get the car keys. Great customer service is hard to find and he checked all the boxes. Most times little effort is made when customers are leaving, but this gentleman ensured that our top notch experience continued all the way to our car. He refused a tip so I simply wanted to say thank you.

We loved the decor of the hotel and our room. Our bed and room were very comfortable. The facility is centrally located to anything you want to do in Charlotte. Staff were very helpful and polite.

Overall, everything was fine. We would stay here again, but if I had to mention something, some furnishings in the common areas of the hotel (it could have been in the Sheraton area) were worn and/or a bit dated. It would also be nice to have a regular coffee maker in the rooms and not be limited to only espresso.

Central Location. Clean facility. Both restaurants were very good and reasonable priced for a place of this quality. Some of the back of the house staff were not very aware of property amenities or geographic locations of garage, for example, but that's a small point. Front Desk staff fixed a small billing issue I had easily.

The property was great.

Elegant, comfortable accommodations on the edge of downtown Charlotte. Contemporary and classy decor, both in the room and common areas, which connect with the adjoining Sheraton. Good views from my upper-floor room, even though I didn't face the city skyline.

Immediately environs seemed safe but were somewhat desolate; it's several empty blocks' walk to the real action of downtown Charlotte. Multiple on-site dining options, but they were pricey, with nothing nearby as an alternative. The rooftop bar was closed for a private event when I visitied.

Complimentary champagne, Cloud bar and lots of food options on site. Staff was great and quickly resolved any issues I may have had. I also like that this hotel is connected to the Sheraton! LOVED THE CITY VIEWS FROM MY ROOM AND CLOUD BAR.

The walk to the parking garage was really long. Parking was pricey
