Homewood Suites by Hilton Asheville

Everything from check-in to check-out was great. Bed was comfortable and location to all we wanted to do in asheville was great. Many places to eat or go for a drink were within walking distance. Grocery store very close too if you wanted to get a few things for the room. Staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome

Main disappointment was with breakfast. Options were as expected but food wasn't very warm both morning We had a one bedroom with a door but it may as well not been there as the door was French style rather than a solid, so you can see thru the center.

The location of our accommodations and the space of the room are fantastic, and completely met our needs. The staff was delightful and very helpful, especially in the face of some tremendous adversity. Not only was my stay over a major holiday, but the facility had a major issue the night before we checked in. The staff was so accommodating, kind, courteous, and communicated wonderfully.

The rooms need a deep clean. They spaces are kept tidy, but some attention to wiping down doors and room corners would really elevate and set this Hilton property aside as truly excellent.

The hotel staff was super accommodating (allowed check in an hour early, made a special point to acknowledge my husband's birthday, etc). We love Hilton hotels and have stayed at many of their locations that offer suites. This hotel is more updated than many other that we've visited.

Nothing! The hotel called to let us know that the restaurant would be closed during our stay due to repairs. They still offered a great breakfast in the hotel lobby!

We traveled to Asheville to visit the Biltmore Estate, and Homewood Suites' location to the estate was ideal. The estate is just a simple 10-minute drive away. Lastly, it was a nice surprise to learn Homewood Suites provides a complimentary breakfast service, with adherence to Covid-19 safety protocols.

My wife and I have neither dislikes nor complaints - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The pool, the suites, and the location was good.

The AA man who worked the breakfast was very rude and short with guests. Its almost like he doesn't want to be there. If he doesn't like the job he shouldn't work there. We come to enjoy our vacation and spend money to be there and interacting with negative individuals brings the mood down.

We always stay here when we visit our family and friends in Asheville. The staff is always great and helpful, the amenities are always kept in shape, and the location is great for a quick trip downtown or a cheap Uber ride downtown too. Breakfast was great too.

The COVID protocols for this location, be it from Governor dictate or Hilton corporate policy, were outrageous and especially so during breakfast. It seemed more performative than effective or realistic. Despite the ritualistic donning of single-use plastic gloves and cloth masks when at the breakfast area, when seated, all pandemic risks suddenly abated and we were safe to enjoy our breakfast. Just felt completely silly and arbitrary.

The manager and front desk staff were lovely. The lobby was very open and nice and the breakfast was good. It's invaluable for us to have a pool. The hot tub was a nice bonus.

We had a problem with the toilet and actually were moved to a new room. They were very nice about it but maybe they could check that before they put you in a suite. In the 2nd suite the aerator on the faucet sprayed a lot of water around. And it's weird that there's a fan in the bathroom but There doesn't seem to be any switch for it.

Close to everything Asheville has to offer. Everything was about 10 minutes away. The staff was beyond friendly, welcoming and super helpful! Even the maintenance staff would greet us with a friendly hello in the hallways. The breakfast staff was also friendly and followed all Covid safe protocols while serving breakfast. They are masked and gloved and all of the food is behind a plastic shield. They are quick to serve whatever is requested. Lastly, the rooms were nice and clean! No stains, no mildew, no weird smells. It was a great place to stay for a week and enjoy the fall weather. Would definitely return!

The breakfast could have offered a little more variety. It was basically the same items everyday. Scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage or bacon, and tater tots or potato pancakes. Not a deal breaker, but a little more variety would have been nicer.

Ok breakfast. Comfortable spactiou room with nice kitchenet Quiet.

3 out of 4 front desk personnel were indifferent to almost hostile. Fortunately didn’t need to interact much. Outrageous that the Friday night rate jumped to more then double the mid week rate - some sort of festival beginning. This gives price gouging a new meaning.

Front Desk Manager at the time of check in was so helpful and took time explaining the local sightseeing. It was very nice to us! Please share this recognition with Hilton Management and about this specific manager, we checked in about 4 PM on 3/21, Sunday.
