Well designed room with everything you need. Clean a cozy. Situated at the edge of small village of Warsaw, about 15 minutes walking distance to center with couple of restaurants and cinema. Whole village is very well maintained and clean, adds nicely to overall experience with Microtel. Good place to explore Letchworth Park from (30 mins drive) or Niagara Falls (1.5 hour drive).

Breakfast served on paper plates with plastic cutlery, food mostly precooked, frozen. Coming from Europe, this is really strange and takes away from the experience.

Location, cleanliness, well lighted parking area

It took 3 desk employees to get me checked, telling me that my credit card was not valid, asking for another card. Eventually one of the employees, reset the computer or something, and surprising my original credit card worked fine. Also I was not given the WiFi code at that time, and my room keys didn’t work when I went to my room and I had to send my grandson down to get new key cards from the desk, while I stood in the hallway with my luggage.

Nice new Hotel that was close to Wyoming, N.Y. Room was nice and clean. No smell of smoking in the room. Staff was friendly and helpful.

No rooms in the hotel have King beds, that is a big negative. Breakfast could be better as to quality and variety. Low toilets are good for kids, but high rise toilets should be in all rooms for adults.

Our king suite was large and clean.

At breakfast everything was individually wrapped. There were no plates making it impossible to have pancakes, the only fresh hot item displayed. When we checked in, we were told the carpet in our room was going to be steam cleaned that afternoon. No offer for a refund or discount was made. Luckily, the carpet cleaners offered to do our room the next day. We still had to be out of the room well before check-out. Why book a room that isn't going to be useable because the carpet will be wet?

Breakfast was good, offered a large selection (except no fresh fruit)and everything was individually wrapped. The muffins and the granola bars were all severely squished. Beds/pillows were VERAY comfortable.

'Neighbors' were playing LOUD music at 7:30 am... Bathroom was a outdated and needed better supplies- the shampoo wasn't enough for one person and there was no regular bar soap- only small facial bars. Also, complimentary water bottle would have been nice- 90+ degrees out.

It was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast could improve. It was a short selection of fresh sandwiches and breakfast items. The supplies were not being refilled unless you asked the front desk for it. The personal seems to be engaged chatting at the back of the reception, ignoring people standing there for services.

It’s a very new and clean hotel. Perfect for a short stay!

Couple of things can be improved: 1. People at the reception were never there - we needed to wait till they show up. It happened 3 times to us. 2. Hotel is noisy. We heard other hotel guests talking and getting ready at 7am 3. Breakfast choice is a little too small.

Had to wait along time for someone to come to front desk to check us in, also when we were checking out (actually had to yell hello for someone to come out). Have two charges on my credit card which they say one will "fall off" still waiting to see if

Breakfast was okay, if you’re on the go and don’t want to spend time on the property, they serve various items and pre made sandwiches, we had the bagel sandwiches and biscuits, myself and the kids liked them.

NA. Enjoyed the stay and the staff was lovely

Breakfast was very good. Glad we could toast the bagels. Just couldn’t access the internet, as it was very spotty, so couldn’t order breakfast on-line the second night, but the staff gladly accommodated us at the desk the next morning with our breakfast.
