It was a perfectly fine hotel for me to quarantine for a few days after coming back from Europe.

The rooms are somewhat dated, but for the price that I paid (less than $100/night), I am very happy about it.

Booking.com advertised this as $151.00/night. Turns out there was one night that was at $151.00 the remainder were higher. Bait and switch and false advertising seems to be booking.com's way of doing business. This was first time I used them for reservations and after this experience it will be the last time.

Pretty clean and comfortable; great breakfast, even if it wasn’t included; we liked that there was a Stop and Shop supermarket just across from the hotel where we could also get breakfast, if we wanted; the relative closeness to NYC

The elevator that was malfunctioning and the confusing wording from customer service about what we had to pay when we arrived; the heater was also kind of loud at night, but it seemed to generate an acceptable “white noise”

Rooms are big, very comfortable beds. All is needed for a stay is provided. When on last day of stay I woke up and there was no power in the whole hotel, the staff did their best to help, support all customers, provided free breakfast in the lobby and offered late check-outs for free. I believe that was really nice and a good way to take care of guests. 💙

Some parts are getting old. The aircon system had some covers detached and cold air could flow into the room (had to find ways to stop it with the heavy curtains). Room entrance door had a hole in the bottom part, a corner was kind of missing - not a HUGE problem but should be fixed. I have to admit I did not like when i realized there was no electricity on my last day of stay, but as i mentioned the hotel staff managed pretty well. The good news was we still had hot water! 😉

.My check inn was very fast and easy the staff was very nice. Had a minor problem with my room but Ashley the manager handled it with quick attention plus offered me free breakfast for two days out of my five day visit my wife and I really enjoyed our visit we will be back. All the staff were beautiful people and very pleasant I thank you for a wonderful time.

The pool was not open but it is ok. Ice machine was on the 4th and 5th floor but again it was ok my wife and I really enjoyed our self.

We didn't eat breakfast there. The only good part about their food is that they offer it.

The food there we had for dinner a stay ago, and we decided to never eat there again. It wasn't good at all. It was like frozen food reheated. Even my dessert was the worst I'd ever eaten. Eat elsewhere!

I visited my daughter over Easter 2022 at the Sheraton Tarrytown, it was an exceptional stay. The hotel is dog friendly and clearly everyone there loves your dog. I would absolutely stay here again if price was not a concern, I am always on a budget though, so this was a splurge and it felt like it. I did not have a chance to eat in the cafe, but it looked very clean and inviting. The room was very clean, the staff were all very friendly and the beds are a little bit o heaven.

The staff was very friendly and responsive. The Hotel is convenient to major roads and relatively near public transport. Given the location the value is reasonable

The hotel feels a bit old, so the rooms while being clean have old stains that detract from the comfort. One room we were given smelled of smoking — we were changed to another room that was much better.

Staff member at the front desk was very helpful.

We arrived later (12:15) and when we called to get in we’re told by the operator to use the phone (there was none), buzz in (no one answered), and then finally got in when another guest was exiting. It was frustrating that we had to wait outside for about 10 minutes before we were finally able to get in.

This location was convenient for a visit with family and friends in Westchester. After a long hectic weekend in New York City, the peacefulness of our room at this Sheraton was sooooo welcome! We enjoyed getting Starbucks for breakfast and buying a few groceries at the stores across the parking lot. We’ve stayed at several of the hotels in the Tarrytown/Elmsford area over the years and this one will be a top choice in the future depending on costs (the Booking.com deal was terrific.)

Could hear conversations in hallway and adjoining room. Pretty relaxed COVID mask policy.
