quiet location, yet close to commercial/ restaurant area

difficult and complicated WiFi operation, didn’t work in room, needed to have staff at reception enter „ secret „ lobby code on 4 units, ridiculous secrecy on “ open “ WiFi “ conex Also poor maintenance plumbing, h/c water almost dripped very much reduced flow…. shower head was at least 20 years old and my concern about it to front desk next morning…. “ heard this before “

Breakfast was fair, the typical breakfast at a hotel. Everything was clean. The people we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. When our room toilet didn't work, they immediately put us in a different room without any problem at all.

The room toilet in the first room didn't work. We were moved to a different room. Our two rooms were on different floors.

The staff was so incredibly nice! From check-in to check-out, everyone who worked there was helpful and kind. Breakfast was really good as well. Eggs, sausage, waffles, and many other things to choose from. The room was exceptionally clean, too.

I liked the location, the cleanliness of the property even though it was snowing they kept it clean and safe. I liked the breakfast but you could include scrambled eggs. The breakfast are was comfortable and cozy.

I’m sure this is something you may add later but we all had electric cars and no where to charge them.

I loved your front desk people! They were more then welcoming! I felt like I was family! I was SO comfortable That I invited two of your employees (now my friends) to come visit me in Colorado! I will come back again , the time I visit my family!

Breakfast was amazing, haven’t stayed in a hotel where the breakfast was that good. The pool was nice and clean, the hotel smelled CLEAN. To me as a housekeeper myself is an A+

We only had the tp paper that was in the bathroom. They left No extras.

The coffee 24 hours is a great touch. I didn't get up early for the breakfast. The health club and pool are excellent. The rooms are quiet. I definitely feel safe staying at the hotel.

I am a cleaner and the heating/cooler system was full of dust when l passed a cloth. Dust came out of it on the floor. It didn't please me cause l would have been breathing this dust.

Breakfast is always good.....hot and fresh

The front desk is either understaffed or needs more training. There have been several occasions I have tried to call the hotel directly and have been put on hold for well over 15-20 minutes. Not the friendliest people I have met.

Location is close to West Point, our destination. The hotel and rooms are clean and comfortable with good lighting in the bathrooms, and I feel safe there. Breakfast included.

The price was double what I paid last year.

Hotel seems maintained and clean. Staff very good.

Breakfast was good. Maybe less sweets and more protein or healthy foods like hardboiled eggs, fresh fruit, plain quality yogurt without additives. Honey or real maple syrup. They ran out of Half and Half for coffee. Only milk substitutes available.
