Location, local restaurants, near Paterson Great Water Falls etc.
Booking.com advertises the rate includes breakfast, the location claims they stop serving breakfast since Covid Pandemia and never reinitiated the Breakfast. Both Booking.com and Location create FALSE expectations, and either wishes to take responsibility! I should be entitled to some credit, voucher for being miss leaded and lied to. Also at check in, because of bad weather conditions it was near midnight, we kindly requested a later check out, 12Noon, and it was granted and then the next they were calling us and asking at 11:01am why we had not yet checked out. Lack of communication between shifts, we felt lied too once again!

The room was clean.
On Booking.com it was stated that breakfast was included. However at the hotel they have sighs that state that the breakfast service has been suspended due COVID. Thia suspension has been in effect for an extended period. Therefore it would be better if the customer was told this before they make a booking on Booking.com rather than after they arrive at the hotel. The other negative aspect about this hotel is that the staff are not friendly and inviting in a manner that is expected at hotels. On arrival the customer is made to feel unwelcome. Only after the guest makes an effort to be friendly and conscientious does the staff member then make an effort to welcome the guest. I wanted to check out early and politely asked if the hotel could store a bad for the morning. The staff member at the time completely refused to go out of his way in the slightest to assist and simply stated that space was not available. Whilst I admit that space may have been limited I do accept that the staff member was unable to assist. I suggest that this particular staff member not be involved in a customer service role.
