How friendly, attentive and accommodating the employee was and most of all he had a smile every time he greeted us which just brightened our day.

My first impression wasn’t so appealing but I’m glad I gave it the benefit of doubt and “& as the saying goes” didn’t judge a book by its cover because over all it wasn’t what I expected, in a good sense.

Facility Manager was absolutely 💯 percent awesome. Needed an iron and she immediately executed our needs.

I will definitely stay there again.

Easy booking

I was double billed for the same stay. Once thru booking.com and once thru the hotel. No refund offered after complaints to hotel. I can’t get thru to booking.com to resolve the matter.

The Hotel did not have my booking and stated they do not used Booking.com is 6 months.

They was able to book me a room.

Location to down town.

Vending machine did not work No fridge in room.

Location and accessibility.

Room was not cleaned good. Found a condom under nightstand. My daughter could have easily grabbed or touched it. Thank God i saw it before my baby.

Close to Eagle Manor for a family wedding.

There have been upgrades to the rooms but they need better cleaning - nice tile in the bathroom but dirty. Sheets were clean and bedding ok . If the floors and bathroom were scrubbed it would be very nice.

The room was comfortable and the staff was nice and helpful.

There was an awful smell in the lobby and hallways but it wasn't in the room. And the elevator ride was a little rough.

Nothing

The TV was shattered. It looked like someone either punched it or threw a ball at the screen. It was filthy and in a bad neighborhood. There were people all over the place that would hang out and drink and leave their trash and it smelled disgusting. The person that ran it left a brick in the back door so anyone could come in or out. Our room door sometimes wouldn't shut and lock all the way. The carpet looked like it had not been cleaned, I know the floor in our room wasn't swept or mopped because the bottom of my black socks were filthy and I could see where something sticky had been there and wasn't mopped up. The whole hotel has a funny smell. It looked like a crack hotel. I would not recommend it at all!!!!

NADA!!!! Super scary. . Iam just thankful We made it out of the town alive with no more than that 1 incident. I was there only 10 minitutes when this happend.

I honestly would advice that you do not even advertise this place as a roach motel would be way to nice to describe what a nightmare this place is. Iam sure you guys have great reputation and advertising this place in no way fits your company. It's not a hotel, it's more like a shelter that people pay. I had my 2 year old grandaughter and a drunk man fell on my companies feet that was holding her, no parking and location looks like it's the biggest drug/bums spot ever. Sorry to be so honest.
