I liked that it’s close to gas n food

I didn’t like all the loud noises, I didn’t like that refrigerator wasn’t wiped out properly as I really needed to store my food. I didn’t like that the shower curtain had hair pieces of hair on it , I didn’t like that I seen a water bug on near sink , and I didn’t like that the comforter on bed had a stain that obviously couldn’t b Removed when washed by house maids.

Staff is great and rooms are immaculate

I have flies in my room which is disgusting the floor was dirty. And the other occupants in the other rooms or smoked marijuana and made noise and hung out like it was a Projects with a ghetto at night. Shaking my head how can anyone sleep or feel safe staying there and people are constantly smoking marijuana hanging out on the steps the steps were covered in urine it was disgusting there was no elevator to the property which it was not stated before booked I would’ve never booked where there was an elevator when I asked for second floor or higher occupancy and I paid extra for an upgrade

I had flies in my room in the floor was dirty dirty as it needed to be mopped.

I did not have the breakfast. Check in was fast, and the cleaning crew was not invasive. On a work stay, what more can you really ask for?

The bathroom door had just been painted and was never unmasked, not the worst thing but still weird. The room was also cold, but it was January.

Terrible smell in room after cleaning from products used. Spoke with attendant at hotel and he said that he would come to spray the room to get rid of smell and he never showed up. Room was not updated, no hair dryer,lack of towels, and no breakfast, bathtub was rough on bottom and felt slippery.

The location

There are thieves among the staff. My stuffs were stolen right from my room. and they were not able to produce the thief, or show me the CCTV, or even return my goods. They prefer to cover up for the person, and compensate me, which can never be enough for my kinds of stuff. I was also locked out right in the middle of my booking. My advise: Only good for a short stay. Leave a warning not to clean your room when you are not available, else!!!

Lobby staff was really helpful specially Hector. How resolved the checking problem of the room not ready.

House cleaning in a scale from 1 to 5 I have to give a 2. Room got service only two time during the time of stay (10 days). First one went to front desk for it and second one gave a tip to service personal to get room cleaned. Had to ask for towels once the rest went to Dollar Tree and got items to clean and maintain room, bouth towels our and soup.
